Junior, and his team member, Becker, installed our washing machine last night and did a wonderful job. They were above and beyond with their service and professionalism. Both gentlemen were very kind, polite and explained every part of the installation to me. I appreciated their time they took in making sure this experience was outstanding. I will always call Junior's company from now on to install or repair all our appliances in the future. Thank you again Junior and Becker for helping us last night.

I was given the name for this person from the place I purchased my wall oven. Prime's owner/operator present very attentive and nice(almost Eddie Haskell from Leave it to Beaver nice). I needed to get the old oven out so the workers doing the cabinet refacing could do their job. Prime, came out and promptly removed the old oven and carted it away. When it came time to install the new one, I could not get Prime to schedule a time. The owner/operator would not commit to a time frame or a day. He said he would call me back. This had not happened within 2 days, and I put in some calls to other installers. On the 3rd morning(before other installers got back to me) he called and said he would be at my house in 20-30 minutes. This required me to reschedule some personal things, but I wanted to get the oven installed. He arrived, and was like a "bull in a china shop" loud and all of his movements were very fast . He got one trim piece out and was thinking it "did not fit". After looking at it a bit, I made a suggestion and what do you know...I was right! During the process of installing the oven, he put a small scratch on my newly refaced cabinets and when I asked him to be careful, he said stuff like this happens and kind of blew it off - no apology. He was going to touch it up and fortunately I had a touch up pen given to me by the cabinet installers as the pen he had did not exactly match. Before he left he sat down at the table and made a few calls. He was talking to one potential client and he told them he could come out to their place right away because he had a "disagreement" with his next appointment and would have some time available. Having been self-employed, I know the value of customer service. I hope this will help this young man improve his business.
