Description of Work: We called, but the serviceman didn't show up for the first appointment. The second appointment, the serviceman came. The garage door was not working, and he did get it to work, but we were told it needed new hinges. Those hinges had to be ordered, which we had to pay for in advance. OK, it was a special order. I get that. But, the company NEVER called us back to say they couldn't get the hinges; never called back to set up a time to install the hinges. We called twice and left messages. Nothing happened! |If this is a follow-up, why are we tracking down the hinges and service? We are out the money and still need some repairs done to the garage door. Boo-hoo!
