Powerhouse Cleaning

Hired Jeff to clean the tile in both bathrooms superior job plus he steals them with two application. The tile looks better than new. Told Jeff about hiring a company to stain the carpet that has coke, grease, black tape marks, rust, and paint from my husband three weeks ago in three large places, there are also many dark spots. This house was used to care for two seniors with live-in caregivers over the past 7 years. They basically trashed the carpet in spite of yearly cleaning. Well, Jeff saw what I was talking about and tested his latest ?POWERHOUSE? carpet cleaning machine in the large dining room. "O-M-G", not only did it pick-up the large paint areas my husband left, it removed the black tape marks of 7-years, picked up all the coke, rust spots, red marks and large black spots. "The carpet is so clean it matched the carpet under the hutch which stood for 20 years". I was shocked... his machine brought this carpet back to the original state. This carpet is one of the best that money can buy so I really did not want to rip it up, rather was considering having it stained. I will be calling Jeff back to finish and save our rug with his super Power House carpet cleaner device. I am so happy he can take care of this rug. Jeff you are a peach to work with! I've dealt with many carpet cleaning company's and they have never cleaned this my carpet as clean as power house did, not only that but the price was what he told me over the phone at scheduling!! They have no hidden fees!! He also used shoe covers while cleaning the carpet!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! I am satisfied and happy!!

My partner and I bought a property that had stained carpet. We thought we may have to replace the flooring but thought we try looking for a carpet cleaning service with positive reviews prior to spending so much money if it wasn't necessary. I am happy to say we saved a lot of money by calling Jeff (the owner) to clean the carpet and it looks brand new now. Thank you!

Great! First Jeff calls me 30 min ahead letting me know he is on his way. (That's a plus) Once he arrived and I let him in he puts shoe covers on so he doesn't track yuckyness from outside , he then inspected what I requested to have cleaned and let me know what to expect as far as what was going to come out and what wasn't. He was very positive with a can do attitude. He then moved light furniture and vacuumed. Then he pre-srayed all my dogs and kids messes throughout my entire home. He then rinsed out the solution he applied with this awesome looking machine called the rotovac 360i (I later did some research on some forums online I guess it's the best method to use and is usually used to up sell since it takes a little longer for the tech and it's a restorative premium process) I'm so glad I found him his prices are on point. He also put little tabs under furniture legs so they wouldn't stain carpet! I paid $150 for 5 areas and a free hallway. $50 scotch guard I initially turned it down but after I seen how nice it turned out I had to at least see if i could keep them that way longer. I also paid $150 for my 15 ft. sectional couch that was disgusting from years of abuse and neglect. He cleaned it and it looks so much better almost new! I got scotch guard on that as well for $50. $430 out the door I tipped him $30 he deserved it to say the least. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. It dried fast too, sooo surprised with that to since it was steam cleaning. I've had a lot of carpet cleaners a lot of them good a few that were great but costed an arm and a leg. Jeff gave me the most bang for my buck. All the basics like pre-spotting pre - conditioning and deodorizer was included in the pricing. No hidden fees was definitely a plus and no pushy sales or sleazy tactics to buy more. He mentioned extra deodorizer would be more but that a basic amount would be included at no charge and that scotch guard was extra. All in all, I am pleased to have a meet such a great young entrepreneur that takes pride in his work and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile for a customer. He called me back the next day and asked how my carpets dried and looked. Of course I told Jeff everything was fabulous. He's scheduled to clean and seal my tile next month I'll see how it goes and keep yall posted!
