+ -1 moreMario was prompt both times. The first time, he even showed up on a Sunday, which was great. I think overall he operated very fairly. He was also cognizant of costs, which I really appreciated. For example, initially we thought the problem would be solved if Mario replaced one of the breaker switches. So he bought one and installed it when he came the 2nd time. Unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. So, Mario put the old breaker switch back in and didn't charge me for the new one. I think that was very fair.
Description of Work: I had intermittent flickering lights and main panel power outages. It was a pesky problem which another provider failed to solve. Mario wasn't able to solve the problem the first time, but came back and solved it the second time. He didn't charge me extra for the second time, even though he spent a couple hours on it - he considered it covered under warranty. He also changed a light switch connection and installed a GCFI connection for an external fountain.
