After making an appointment, for which I had to wait 2 weeks, this company cancelled with 15 minutes notice. After rescheduling for the following day, he was again a no show.
Description of Work: Did not show for two appointments to give estimate.

My company was awarded a reader choice award for favorite landscaper in the peninsula area 2010 and 2009 (two years in a row)! we are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating since 2008. We also just received an award from ocean beach town council for our volunteer efforts in our community. Just to name a few accolades! So sorry your experience with our company was less than pleasurable. I can assure you we have hundreds of satisfied customers (posted on our website).

TONY CONTRACTED OUT THE CEMENT/DRAIN WORK--THE CEMENT LOOKS GREAT & THE DRAINS WORK WELL SO FAR BUT THE WORKERS CONSTANTLY LEFT FOOD AND TRASH ALL OVER MY YARD. TONY BOUGHT A POOR GRADE OF WOOD FOR MY PICKET FENCE AND PINE POSTS INSTEAD OF CEDAR AND CUT THEM TOO SHORT; MANY OF THE PICKETS WERE BROKEN OR SPLIT. WHEN I COMPLAINED HE ARGUED WITH ME. AFTER A WEEK OF VERY NEGATIVE ENCOUNTERS HE THREATENED ME WITH ARBITRATION, TO WHICH I READILY AGREED, BUT THEN HE BACKED OFF AND APOLOGIZED. HE CHANGED HIS SUPPLIER FOR WOOD AND BUILT A BEAUTIFUL PICKET FENCE AND PRIVACY FENCE. BUT I HAD TO STAY ON TOP OF EVERY LITTLE DETAIL EVERY DAY TO MAKE SURE THINGS I'D TOLD HIM ABOUT GOT DONE. AND I CHOSE NOT TO ADD SEVERAL OTHER LANDSCAPING PROJECTS I'D WANTED DONE UNTIL I CAN FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPER.
Description of Work: PUT FRENCH DRAINS IN THE BACKYARD AND LAID A NEW LARGE CEMENT PATIO OVER DRAINS AND AROUND BACK OF HOUSE. BUILT CEDAR PRIVACY FENCE AROUND BACKYARD AND CEDAR PICKETT FENCE AROUND FRONT YARD.

Not to mention we are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. Also obtained an appreciation award from the ob town council for ongoing volunteer efforts. This is just The recent awards. We pride ourselves in our customer satisfaction and have since initiated a customer feedback form to improve our services. All comments are posted to our website and we have hundreds of satisfied customers! Unfortunately, We were not tracking these In 2005 and had we been, I assure you, we would resolved this amicably. Even though this happened 5 Years ago, it would not happen today. We are 12 years strong in business and growing.
