The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent. Added on October 2, 2024 It is the third time I have used Plumbing Tree. It is a wonderful company. We got a pipe leak from the dishwasher along with some other problems with our garbage disposal. The technician, Mickey, got to our place just 40 minutes after I called the company. The work was thorough, highly professional, and very efficient. High quality parts, too. I am very happy with the work Mickey did and will call Plumbing Tree in future whenever any need arises.
