First let me say that we love our new AMSCO windows! Our project lurched along with a few problems which I hope that by our job ironed out their issues. The job was slated to take 5 days and went on for way too long, installation started on 8/12/2013 and didn't complete until the end of September. We had at least 6 different people working our installation and one two man crew was very respectful of our home another was less than kind. I am still finding bits of aluminum casement window frame on my hillside and there is an amazing amount of broken glass hidden in my ground cover on the hillside taking away my ability to walk barefoot. I shared these issues with the Picture Perfect Windows and Doors owner and we could not find a way to correct the glass shards issue. Hopefully, as I said, these became a teachable situation for the company.

After Picture Perfect sold and installed Amsco windows throughout the house, I immediately went back to them to get a quote for window coverings. We sought quotes from four companies, two of which never followed up on our initial contact, and we had some personnel problems from Picture Perfect and Three Day Blinds reps. Picture Perfect's Sally came in and to her credit persevered and delivered the best quote and on instillation day stayed late to give us beautiful windows.

They never gave us the measurements for me to order the shades. I repeatedly tried contacting them. Never got a call back. I had the store employees measure the windows and I ordered them and flew out to the store and installed them myself.

They're excellent! The owner is amazing. He come to your property. He basically gives you what you want and not what they offer, even though they offer a lot project. They have excellent customer service, and promptness. I'm very impressed with their professionalism. I would recommend them, and I would continue to use them.

I like the product. Their installation was very good too. We have had problems with the contractor prior to that so Picture Perfect had to go in and make all the changes and adjustments and rebuild that whole area. I would definitely recommend them.

Their installers were efficient and personable. They also cleaned up after themselves beautifully, which I really appreciated. The doors are perfectly installed and look fabulous. I would highly recommend them to others and cannot say enough good things about them.

The goal was to get estimates, select a contractor, and get the work completed before our arrival at our new home following a cross country move. Got the estimate really fast. Factory construction time took longer than originally stated, increasing the delay by a week. This was not communicated until I called to verify installation dates. When the installation crew did show up (45 minutes late), they did not have all the materials that were needed and had not even purchased the dog door. Joash and the next most experienced tech left to get the materials and did not return for almost three hours. This loss of manpower and oversight caused multiple delays to the install timeline as the remaining techs ran into problems and did not have the materials they needed. Three of the windows went in with no problems. Stucco protrusion was not removed causing the garden window to stick out from top too far and is still not right. Dog door was installed too high without discussing exact location. Joash knew what he was doing but other members of crew did not. Landscaping was inadvertently damaged. Total installation took over two days, spread out over one day and three evenings. Update 9/27/2010. I've since had to recaulk around two of the windows and expect caulking around two more to fail in the next year or so. The garden window had to be reinstalled, due to lack of enough retaining screws during initial installation, following a recent earthquake. This calls into question the quality of their materials and workmanship. The sliding glass doow is still doing very well!
