We were referred by a family member who had acquired Picasso's services for their kitchen remodel. Picasso did a complete remodel on our kitchen. In our opinion, their value and customer service is unparalleled. We worked with their designer, Dawn, who really listens to what you want and incorporates all the details into the design. Their construction crew was very professional and careful with their work. We noticed that they took the time to clean up the work site every day before they left for the day. We worked a great deal with Hector, who was nothing short of exceptional!!! They did everything possible to address all of our needs and promptly took care of any concerns we had. Our family wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

Picasso was recommended to us by our realtor and after obtaining four other estimates, we decided to use Picasso since they were the lowest bid. On the day the work was to be performed we called the company when nobody showed up to do the work by late morning and found out that the employee we had been dealing with on the project no longer worked there. When the installers showed up about noon, they had to leave to get a wheel barrel because they said nobody told them we were in a downtown condo, and it took them several hours to return. They completed the demolition the first day and returned in mid afternoon the next day to install the granite counters. Although the installers were very efficient and pleasant, the project was very stressful for us since our condo rules state contractors need to complete the work each day by 5:00 p.m. This was a very noisy project and both days the work was not done by 5:00 due to the late starts, and was finally completed by 8:00 p.m the second day. We are pleased with the quality of the work.
