piano moving
+ -1 moreIt isn't easy to move a piano - we've done it with the help of several friends - and it's really a task best done by pros like the guys from Piano Exchange. They were prompt, fast, careful, and very polite and friendly. We had scheduled the move only the day before. Two very strong gentlemen from Piano Exchange Moving arrived promptly at 8 AM and parked their truck on the street. The movers first moved the piano bench out to the truck. Our doorways are all rather narrow, and the door from the family room to our garage had to be removed so that the piano would fit through the doorway. The movers took the door off its hinges quickly and efficiently, replacing the door once the move was completed. They placed the piano on a large flat dolly and took it out through the family room. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and without any damage to doorframes, furniture or the piano. We were very happy with their services.
Description of Work: Moved a piano out of our living room, into a truck, and to the house of the recipient of the piano.
