Jesus the owner of the company had installed irrigation equipment for us in the past and had done a good job so I had no qualms about giving him this job even though I thought his price a little high. I explained that I was not cutting down the plant myself because I was nervous about damaging the nearby pool equipment. They arrived in the morning has promised and then proceeded to damage the pool equipment by allowing the tree to fall on it. The owner (Jesus Murillo) did fix the equipment. However, he then later had the nerve to charge me for parts that they had broken (new valve). Basically, he had no plan on how to remove the tree and rushed the job with very little thought or planning. I was not at all happy about being charged for the valve, but decided to pay, because he had spent time repairing the equipment and I was not in the mood to make a fuss about it. I should have asked for the receipt for the valve because I paid $85 but later, I saw on-line that they were half this price, so I feel I was probably lied to about the cost. I would never use this company again.
