PETER JARGOWSKY

Description of Work: We looked at about 100 houses for sale. Peter gave me great advice for the type of loan and where to look for a place. I have recently moved to San Diego so he was also very aware of that and helped me through everything. From choosing the right area regarding schools up to helping me in my home repairs either by recommending someone or did it himself! He helped go through all escrow documents and HOA documents.

Description of Work: Peter Jargowsky was one of the first people I met when I moved from Ireland to San Diego. I was interested in buying a property and he couldnt have been more helpful or attentive. He showed me all of the properties in my price range in the area I was interested in living and was extremely patient and helpful as I made my decision. He was available seven days a week at any hour and seemed genuinely concerned that I find the right property for me. He listened to all of my requests and accommodated me completely. He found me the ideal property in just a few weeks and then stood firmly by my side through the whole Escrow procedure. I felt that I could trust him completely. He also helped me to find a home inspector who was equally as diligent at his job and Peter undertook to get me estimates for any work that needed to be done to the property as he knew that I was new to the area and may not know anyone.
