I had a commerical roof leak that was effecting the tenants business. I called peak builders and they were on site that day and out the following week and patched the roof. Great customer service and great quality work. I will be using them for all my patch and roof replacements.

I had a very good experience with them doing a full re-roof, switching from 30+ years composite tiles to asphalt shingles on a rather complicated 3200 sqft roof. Jonathan, the project manager, did the initial site review and project planning and explained us in detail how things are going to work. Price was comparable to other quotes we got -- but both my wife and I liked the attention to details and the fact that all our concerns about the project were addressed. The crew was also great -- hard-working and making sure everything was cleaned up every evening. Edgar, the foreman, communicated clearly what was going on every day and showed me all the issues they have encountered during the demolition -- luckily there weren't many -- and they addressed them efficiently and in line with the initial contract without any unexpected extra charges. Two thumbs up -- I will surely give them a call when I have another project in their area of work.

Ryan Martin, project manager out of the Vista office came to our Fallbrook home to assess what I thought was a problem with our patio overhang and had him view some other work that we wanted done. I was so impressed with his honesty and recommendations after using his drone to locate the patio problem. We will get the other work done through him. Very knowledgeable, and not the usual salesperson push. As seniors, we appreciated his courtesy and thoughtfulness in his explanations as to our needs. I’ve seen other excellent reviews as to Peak Construction and that is why I trusted to call them.

Enrique came to our home today in order to install solar panels. He was professional, neat and polite and had a great sense of humor. Peak Builders & Roofers take great pride in their work and know what they’re doing. Enrique listened to all my requests and tried his best to make us satisfied and happy. He did an amazing job on our solar project and not once did he bother us for no reason. Peak’s team of roofing and solar specialists made sure to explain everything in detail once they were done. Best solar company in San Diego guys!!

Peak Builders is such a great roofing company. I am so happy I found them. Juda and Eli went out of their way to make our roofing replacement project as enjoyable and easy as possible. They were always on time, very reliable and there was great communication between us. They were also very reasonable in their pricing. These are by far the best roofing contractors, I would definitely hire them again!

Peak Builders & Roofers of San Diego did a great job replacing the roof on my home. The customer service was great throughout the whole process. I scheduled an estimate over the phone and received confirmation that Johnathan would be coming by the next day. I received the estimate within a couple days and it was very thorough and informative. The estimate included pricing and the information on material the roof needed. The estimate included different options of material and color of shingles. Johnathan was my point of contact and he oversaw the whole project. Johnathan was very friendly and answered all my questions. The roof installers did a great job too. They were clean and respectful of my neighbors property that is very close to my house. I would highly recommend this company and I am very satisfied with their work.
