Pat Forrest was very professional, on time each day, communicated what needed to be done and listened to the needs of the customer. He provided excellent service and followed up when necessary. If I wasn't satisfied or changed my mind about part of the plan, he did not mind making the change or offering a better alternative. However, the final decision was always mine. He has a pleasant and friendly disposition and kept me updated about each step before proceeding. I am thoroughly pleased about my new deck and I would certainly recommend him to all my friends.
