Description of Work: They removed and replaced our 80 plus year old concrete driveway. The communication before and during the 4 day project was excellent. The crew was extremely professional. They worked quickly but carefully and cleaned up thoroughly every day. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Parker concrete demolished my old blacktop driveway, hauled it away, then framed and poured a concrete driveway to my specs. Our driveway has a slope toward the house. Dave Parker, the owner, visited twice to discuss drainage plans and recommended a drain carrying driveway water onto our grass; it has performed perfectly in the recent heavy rains. The crew was precise and professional. Dave Parker was there every day, discussing plans with the crew and checking with me on various issues and alternatives. I found Dave to be knowable, conscientious, honest and friendly. I would give Dave Parker my highest rating for a contractor, A+.

Description of Work: Dave and his team replaced an old back patio for us. We asked for a specialized color and scoring pattern, and they delivered beautifully. Dave supervises everything personally, so you are talking directly to the boss. His crew was very prompt and professional. They really seem to take pride in their work. Description of Work: I got an estimate but wasn't ready to go forward with the work at the time. I left a message indicating I was interested in an estimate. Dave Parker returned my call the same day and arranged a meeting at my house. He showed up exactly on time, maybe even a few minutes early. Listened while I described what I wanted to do and made suggestions on additional items that could be done/needed to be done as well. He took measurements, made some notes, talked to me about some options to accomplish what I wanted to achieve and described the next steps. | |He told me he'd have a written estimate in a few days and would follow-up with a phone call to let me know the estimate had been sent. A few days later a very clear and detailed estimate was sent that outlined the cost for a few options to complete the work we discussed. I also received the follow-up call, as promised. I decided not to go forward with the work at this time but not as a result of anything associated with Parker Concrete. | |I will complete the work when the time is right and I intend to use Parker Concrete. I was very impressed with everything in the process so far and have every expectation that delivery of the work will be as timely and professional as was getting the estimate.

+ 1 moreDave did a good job. The stamped concrete was quite eroded in places and he tried to make it look as good as was possible. Of the two options for coverage, he recommended the lesser of the two, saving us $1000.

Each did an estimate and Dave Parker's was the least expensive and he made suggestions and discussed the project with me, while the others did not. So he got the job. He was fairly flexible in his timing on when to do the job. He was sometimes hard to get a hold of, but he called back within 24 hours. The steps look just right now. I am pleased with his work.
Description of Work: They replaced a set of steps that went from the sidewalk to the front gate of a rental duplex. The steps were falling apart. They fixed a retaining wall on one side of the steps and replaced the old brick steps with poured concrete. He also demolished a set of old unused steps so we could cover that area with dirt.
