PAINTRITE PAINTERS

If you are looking for a quality painter Tony at PaintRite Painters does good work. However, he does not stand behind his word nor does he stick to a schedule. First time I used him was several years ago to paint the exterior of our house, fences, sidewalks, and a few interior walls. He changed the start time several times. and finally started 3 months late. They did an awesome job though, so when we wanted to have our bay window repainted in late Jan. of 2022 I did not hesitate to text him. He finally came out Feb.18th to give me an estimate. The next day he called and said he would paint the bay window and the trim around all of our exterior windows for free in exchange if I would give him a good review on Yelp, Angie's list, Google, and NextDoor. That was a no brainer, since I thought they did good work before. He had his marketing person contact me Feb. 28th, and in good faith I wrote a great review. He told me his crew would be out within the next few weeks to paint. Over the past 9 months I have contacted him 5 different times for a time. He has given all kinds of excuses why they have not been out. Every time he promises to be out within the next several weeks and never shows up and no call or text why. My last text to him Oct. 1, "Tony, it's been 8 months since I first contacted you. Should I call another painter?" His text back the same day, "Wow, We will be there within the next three weeks." Well, we are now going on the 6th week and I am done trying to contact him. It is obvious to me he is too busy to keep a promise that he initiated in the first place. He was the one that offered to paint the window trim's for free in exchange for me to give he good reviews on different sites. I did my part, but he has not held to to his end of the deal. I would have gladly paid for the work if he felt he made a mistake in his offer, but instead all I get from him is broken promises. They do good work, but he cannot keep a schedule nor does he stand behind his word. For these reasons, I will not recommend him and have changed my 5 star rating to 1 star. I am very disappointed with Tony Zuniga at PaintRite.
