Kitchen cabinet refacing was completed within 5 days, with one follow-up visit on the following week to "fix" a few items that were left unfinished (such as one false front cabinet that fell off). Sales person told us that we would have our kitchen sink back within one day, but that was not the case. It was unavailable for 2-3 days. Mary Lou who handles their customer service was very pleasant to work with. The final result was high quality and I'm happy with their work, but overall I would rate this company as a "B".

They are excellent. They are very good. I've used them before and I would use them again.

They were top notch. They were really good company and very professional. We had some couple of things like some latches became loose. So they always come back and fixed it. They gave a ten year warranty. They come out and make sure that anything that goes wrong is fixed. Their price was good. I would also recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly. We selected Pacific Kitchens in part because of the positive reviews we read on Angie's List. But we also got other quotes and decided Pacific Kitchens was the best overall value. Now that they are done, we are confident we made the correct choice. They maintained excellent communication, met the timeline they committed to, ordered special supplies that we requested, and took very good care of everything. There were no surprises - at least no bad surprises. They cleaned up well at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the work they did.

It went well - the cabinets look great and they were installed in less than the time they had projected. One cabinet door was made too small so I had to wait for a new one to be made which took a little longer than I would have liked but overall great work.

They did a good job. They job took a little longer than it should have, but I was happy with the end result.

We got Pacific Kitchens from Angies List and were very happy with the whole process. They tore out the old counter top, refaced the existing cabinets and replaced our sink and faucets. They were professional, courteous, on time, on budget and did a GREAT job. Everyone from the project coordinator, to the office staff and workmen went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we wanted and were pleased with the results. They are not the least expensive but you get what you pay for and for us it was worth it!

We are very pleased with them. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. Their price was probably average. They were here when they said they would be. This is the second time we have used them.

We received outstanding customer service and quality work. We had one little hiccup which was addressed with the utmost professionalism, with a commitment on the part of the company to give us exactly what we wanted. It was the best customer service we have ever encountered with a contractor. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding. They were tidy and always left the work site immaculate. The cabinets are absolutely gorgeous. We could not be happier. We went from a drab ugly kitchen to showroom kitchen in a week. The counter granite installation Is beautiful, and again excellent craftsmanship. They were always on time, kept in touch and were very responsive from design all the way through completion. Our kitchen is gorgeous. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They are the best.

They came, measured and we selected the finish. They can on the due date and did a very good job in installing and cleaning up every day. ( a four day job)

Pacific Kitchens did a very good job to reface and modify the cabinets. The cabinets and the granite countertop are beautiful. They worked with me to make subsequent changes after I signed the contract. There were some area that I was not happy after it was done and they immediately fixed it. For example, I pointed out that the corner cabinet door was about 3/8 of an inch shorter than the surrounding doors. They had the door remade and made sure the color matched the original batch. They finished the job exactly within the time they stated on the contract.

They had the best price and they were responsive. Months later something fell on the cabinet and they came back to refinish it again. I was very pleased with the work they did.

I haven't decided if I am going to do the work. I researched them on the internet. It was a nice person that came out. I probably wouldn't consider them because of the price.

The representative was pleasant and the samples were nice, but the rep. put other companies down and told us their's was better. That was a real turn-off for us. In the end, we chose to totally renovate our kitchen and remodel a bathroom beyond the scope of what Pacific Kitchens normally does. The refaced cabinets in the showroom are very nice and I'm sure they do a great job.

They provided excellent assistance in deciding what could be replaced and provided a wealth of information on options to choose from. The work was done very professionally and completed in the expected time frame. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It went as predicted although it took longer than estimated because the some doors were refused by Pacific Kitchens and had to be remade. I appreciated their attention to quality.

Pacific Kitchen was a pleasure to work with. Denise, the saleswoman, gave an informative sales pitch and answered all of our questions. The price she gave us was significantly lower than another estimate we got, and was the exact price we paid. Tom, the foreman, and Bob, the cabinet installer, both did a great job and showed real attention to detail. They helped us make the most of the space we have, and Tom also was able to run a gas line so we could switch from electric oven/cooktop to a gas range. Our lower cabinets ended up being in worse condition than expected, so Bob tore them out and built new ones -- at no additional cost. This caused the cabinet work to take a few extra days, but the overall project still was finished right on schedule. Our only negative is that the newly built cabinets were made with unfinished wood so they may not be very durable. The Angie's List reports are important to the owner of the company, so if you tell them you're an Angie's List subscriber they should take good care of you.

Excellent. Bob completed all the work himself in an exemplary fashion. Once the cabinet doors were completed, Bob took a week to put the facing on and install the drawers and doors. New cabinets look great.

Our kitchen cabinets were pretty sad; repainting them no longer worked and the 1960s hinges were falling apart. We have a small kitchen in a small 1964 house, and we decided to reface the cabinets and drawers, vs. new cabinets. We looked at Angie's List and chose Pacific Kitchens. Their salesperson, Denise, was very friendly and knowledgeable, the company had products and colors that we liked, and the price was very good for the amount of work proposed. Measurements were taken, and after a couple of weeks, an appointment was set. The cabinet refacing work went very quickly over several days and Shane, the cabinet guy, didn't leave a mess. (We were having a heat wave; it was over 90 in our house, but that didn't faze Shane, who performed a lot of very precise work!) Towards the end of the 4 days Shane spent working on the cabinets, we went to CCM's granite showroom to pick out the granite slab for the countertops. After this, it was about 10 days before the counters were ready for installation. Originally, we were going to reuse our old sink. We threw a curve into things when we decided, on the advice of CCM, to get an undermount sink instead. Pacific Kitchens was very flexible and came up with a really nice undermount sink. They delivered it in just a couple of days. The new sink was then installed over the wood underlay, so we had a sink and cooktop again for about the next week. The day before the countertops arrived, Zach uninstalled our cooktop and sink again. The granite installers arrived the next day and it took less than a day to install the countertops. (They cut the hole for the cooktop on site). Again, they cleaned up afterwards and were very nice folks. (The only wrinkle was that we wanted a tip-out drawer below the sink, which Pacific Kitchens had built, but the tip-out tray originally provided was too deep for the space once we'd changed to the undermount sink (because it's a bit larger than our old one),a nd the tip-out drawer wouldn't close with the tray installed. However, I found narrower trays on the Internet and ordered them - Pacific would have installed them for us, but it was very easy to do myself. We're very happy with our "new" kitchen - it looks great! These people are very professional and take pride in their work.

It looks beautiful--all went very well, took as long as we expected--we were well prepared; installers were excellent.

Overall, Pacific Kitchens did a very good job. They offered a very competitive price and even threw in a few extras that we wanted for no additional cost. The quote and contract process were very professional. The materials and workmanship were excellent. The installer was conscientious, responsive and did quality work. A few items required follow up that had to be fit in between their subsequent jobs, but ultimately all the work was completed and the results are outstanding. I recommend being specific in the job description about a couple of the finishing detail work, such as staining the inside edge of the existing cabinets to match the refacing and covering the inside screw holes of the door knobs. I also recommend taking an active role in communicating some of your specific desires with the installer. They were very receptive to our specific requests, but it is important to let them know exactly what you want during the process. From reviewing a previous Angie's List comment (the only negative one I found), I did have some concerns about their follow through on finishing a job. However, that concern was unwarranted. They followed through on everything that was part of the job and completed everything to our satisfaction. I would have to conclude that the negative comment was not an accurate reflection of Pacific Kitchens operation or results. We were very pleased with their commitment to completing our job. We love the new kitchen and would recommend Pacific Kitchens for their work.

Pacific Kitchens was great. They are punctual and very professional. They came in and listened as well as offered ideas on how to get the product to look good. They are coming in to perform the service and I will file a report on their work too.

Denise came 2/18/08 to give me bid. She returned 2/22/08 and I signed the contract after visiting showroom. On 2/28 Tom came and measured cabinets. Steve started on 3/24/08 doing the actual work. He was wonderful. He worked 4 days and was a pleasure to be around. He re-made the bread board and when he came back with it he showed me some of the little things I hadn't noticed about the work performed. He did a magnificent job. I love my new kitchen.
