WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS: They attach hidden fees to the invoice. It happened to me. I called to get them to come out, talked to a nice lady on the phone. The guy showed up, did about 30 minutes or so worth of work, everything was fine. He just checked my systems and made sure everything was working properly. I asked him if he wanted to settle up, and he said the office would be in touch with me. Great. A few weeks later, I get an invoice that is for several hundred dollars. It is for 2 FULL HOURS worth of service. So I call them back and explain he wasn't here that long. They are still polite at this point but here is when all their lies start. They tell me that they have a minimum two hour service call, hence the two hours, but they admit they never told me about it and that they've actually fired the original dispatcher for not telling people about their fees. They say that they can reduce my bill to only 1 hour but they'll have to have a supervisor call me back. I wait weeks. They finally send the same invoice over again. I call, explain the situation, and again I wait weeks for a supervisor to call me back. Finally a few weeks later, they send yet another invoice (still no call from a supervisor) and now there is a "TRUCK CHARGE" on it. I call them and AGAIN explain the whole situation (I don't know how big this company is but they don't seem to keep call records of their clients). They explain that the Truck Charge is because the technician couldn't find parking around my place of business and it took him longer than expected so I have to pay for that. I explain that I'm not paying for his drive time or parking time. They insist that it's an industry standard and at this point won't even acknowledge that they originally agreed to reduce my bill. TOTAL BS. YET AGAIN they say they'll have to have a supervisor call me back. Out of frustration, I immediately dial their customer service number and happened to get right through to a supervisor. He adjusted my invoice and gave me a $50 "discount" but is still insisting that I pay for the Truck Parking Charges. At this point, I've got an invoice of $200 for about 30 MINUTES OF WORK. I just want this thing to go away and regret ever calling these scammers. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY! EDIT: I just finally talked to this company again, with Lisa, and she told me not to leave any reviews and THREATENED ME BY SAYING QUOTE "WE WILL COME VISIT YOU IF YOU DO".
