Pacific heating and air conditioning does not give their customers recipes for service. If you need Freon in 3 years of them installing your unit, most likely a leak. They found no leak. Added 3.3 lbs of freon. I called to see if they had used a die pack to see if a leak appears in the future. They did not return my call . I’m not sure why they will not email me a receipt. This company hires excellent sales people. They will come to clean your air conditioning unit, and offer all kinds of new products to improve your system. Disabled, Seniors, be Aware! This is a business that will take your money and provide no information of the job that was done. The owner Nick put in our unit, he said, you can send me a text if you have any questions. After the unit was installed I texted him the next day. He nor his company would answer my question. Used this company twice, I had really simple requests twice, no contact from them at all. I’m sorry I used them a second time. Very poor customer service.

Pacific Htg and Air has worked for me many times over the years on different technical issues and problems with our heating and air conditioning units, and they have always been reliable, efficient and prompt and fair and provided quality and excellent service for me at very affordable rates.

It went very well. Initially, I was not sure how I would like the heating/air combination units. But they are not noticeable and we like being able to heat or cool just the room or rooms we are using. Everyone was great to work with and were responsive to questions. They were always on time and walked us through the entire installation process. I would strongly recommend them as well as the ductless system. We hosted 25 people for Super Bowl. The temp was 80 degrees out. We had just finished installing our new heating and air system and it was wonderful to be able to cool down our living room. Look forward to being very comfortable this summer.
