vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI had a great experience. He was timely, honest, and very fairly priced. I thought I was going to have to buy another vacuum so I was very pleased when he was able to fix mine so quickly and that he didn't charge an unfair price. Definitely worth it!! Oh, and he has just move to a different location in PB, so be sure to call for new address. (I believe it's 5010 Cass St.)
Description of Work: I brought my vacuum in today and was expecting to drop it off and pick it up later, but to my pleasant surprise, James immediately began trouble-shooting the problem and was able to fix it on the spot!

 + -1 moreI took in a vacuum cleaner for a repair. As I was looking at the door to see what time they opened, I noticed that I was there on a day that they were closed. Despite this, the owner, James, graciously let me in. After looking at the vacuum, he determined that the repair would be too costly and that I would be better off replacing the vacuum. I very much appreciated his honesty and would not hesitate to return there for other repairs!
Description of Work: A Eureka canister vacuum that was not working properly was taken in.

 + -1 moreI think the new owner will be a big success because he seems very competent and pleasant.
Description of Work: I needed to replace my vacuum cleaner belt and wasn't sure that the extra belts I had were the right ones. The new owner, James Hewell, told me that the belts I had were the wrong size. He gave me the correct size and installed it at no charge. He also said that he is giving free belts as a promotional. (This used to be Midway Vacuum.) I bought my vacuum cleaner at this store a number of years ago and it still runs very well.
