Horrible and the company do not stand behind their word.
Description of Work: I was affected in Harvey, Louisiana area from Hurricane Ida. The company was referred by my insurance company (State Farms). My daughter also used the company; she resides in Metairie. They came out and inspected and we agreed to have the remediation completed by them. The crew came in to do the demo work was horrible. The broke my ceiling fan and ripped off the air conditioner vent cover. It was bent beyond repair. The cut an electrical line and I had to be without electricity the weekend. I called an electrician out to restore the electricity. I was promised that the electrician would be paid and I would be paid for all of the damage. This has been going on for over a month. At my daughter's house, when the demo crew left so did two set of keys. Orange Restoration is a horrible company that do not stand behind their word. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It was wonderful. They were very thorough. They were easy to get in contact with. They explained everything to me every steps of the way. They were fair and friendly. They took very good care of all my positions.
Description of Work: They did restoration for home damage for me.
