 + 0 moreI had the contractor gut an existing rental unit, and install all new fixtures and finishes. He was extremely prompt and completed several days ahead of schedule. No surprise costs...honest and very professional. Owner was completely hands-on, and performed most if not all of the work himself.
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen cabinets, bathtub, lavatory, new vinyl clad windows, new entry and kitchen door, new carpet and sheet vinyl flooring, repainted ceiling amd interior and exterior walls throughout, repainted existing interior doors. (Note: I purchased most of the materials myself, and had the contractor install)
