Omega Turf Artificial Grass

The job was discounted for a previous job. Work was completed as planned. Work was top notch. Workers were friendly,hard working and responsive. Chris, the owner, came to check on the job. Cleanup was good daily. I am very pleased with the results. No more watering and lawn mowing. Yea!

My new front yard looks great! The four-man team was accommodating, thorough, well trained and hard working. They cleaned up each day and left no trace behind upon completion. The job was completed in three days. Chris, the owner, kicked off the job and came to inspect the end product.

We did not accept it, because we did not like what they planned on doing.

I found them at an air show. After the show, they came out and gave me an estimate. The quality of the product was good and the installation was excellent. We're enjoying. Here in San Diego we can't water our lawns anymore so it's nice to have. The price may have been a little high but, quality was more important. We had extra things done. They put down a galvanized steal mesh under it to keep the weeds from coming up.

CHRIS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ANSWERS TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE RESPONDED TO OUR FOLLOW-UP E-MAILS, AND THE REASON WE CHOSE OMEGA WAS HIS PROFESSIONALISM. OMEGA WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT PRICING WAS FAIR. WE FELT CONFIDENT HIS COMPANY WOULD DO THE BEST JOB. HIS JOB SUPERVISOR, EFREN WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING-------HE MADE SURE ALL THE DETAILS WERE FOLLOWED UP AND COMPLETED. OMEGA INSTALLED OVER 600 SQ FEET OF ARTIFICIAL TURF, WHICH TOOK 2 1/2 DAYS, RESULTED JUST AS WE IMAGINED. LOVE THE TURF.

They installed a turf dog run.? It is dog approved and looks great.? To provide a finished look they applied a stone facing to an unfinished portion of a solid barrier (fence) and did a great job matching color.? The smaller size of this non traditional job were no doubt responsible for scheduling in terms of getting job finished as it took about 10 days from start to finish but overall we could not be happier.

It went great. The owner kept in contact at all times.

I liked them as much as I did another company that quoted. The estimated price was about $5,900, but they included a little more square footage than the other companies that bid. They were very professional, nice and I liked them a lot. I liked their turf a little better than others so if we were actually going to do this project I probably would go with Omega. However, we are not going to do the job right now.

I absolutely love my backyard. I got bids from several other artificial turf companies, but none of them could come up with a vision for my backyard that interested me. Chris came in and really impressed me with his ideas. Plus, the quality of his turf was way better than what the other companies offered. (Be careful of companies that come over to give you a bid without bringing over samples of what their turf looks like. You'd be amazed at how bad some of it looks.) If I could give OmegaTurf ten stars I would. Chris put before and after pictures of my backyard on his website. I highly recommend checking them out to see what a miracle worker he is ( although I don't even think the pictures do his work justice).

Chris made a very professional and informative presentation. We were very impressed but in the end,we chose another supplier based primarily on price. It was a hard choice and we would have no problem recommending Omega Turf as a primary candidate for your project.

My interaction with them was fine, but I didn't care for his methodology. I have a very small front-yard which needs to torn-up and re-landscaped. We've been in this house for 42 years and it was as it had been, except for the removal of some trees. He just wouldn't do anything before he drew up a plan. I wasn't quite sure what it was my daughter wanted to do at the time so I didn't use him for the turf either. He explained the process quite well and I gave her the information to let her decide what she wanted because I would only partially pay for it. I do think he did an outstanding job of explaining the methodology and had that been what I was in the market for here, I think I would have been quite pleased. But, I decided it was a little outrageous for the back-yard, cost-wise, and I wanted some color out front besides green.

It was a pleasure working with Chris, the owner, and his team. They are extremely professional. They began the work on the day planned and completed the project within the range of days estimated. They were also very flexible in dealing with some difficult access issues. The lawn is beautiful, and friends have asked for Chris' phone number.

Grady came out and gave an estimate. It was a very easy process, no hard sale. After receiving several estimates, we went with Omega because of Grady's good communication and responsiveness and the quality of turf Omega uses. I met with Chris and Grady the Friday before the project started and felt comfortable with all of the steps in the process. The project took four days and we are very happy with the finished product.

The job was done exactly as contracted. The workers were efficient and polite. Chris, the owner, was frequently at the job site to supervise and answer any questions I had. I am extemely pleased wih Omega Turf, their workers and product. I love my new front and backyards !!! They left my area spottless.

I had contact with both Chris Payne, owner, and Grady Moore, Dir. of Business Development. I worked mostly with Grady. He always responded promptly to phone messages and e-mails. The workers came when promised. Grady was on-site every day. There was some fine tuning needed at completion and Grady finished the work to my total satisfaction. There are a lot of companies out there, so I did careful comparison shopping - everything from length of nails (some companies use staples) to tightness of thatch at grass base. They have the best product and terrific customer service.

At first, my plan was just to pay a professional to tell me what was wrong and meet with the original contractor. I changed my mind because there was so much wrong and decided to have Chris redo it and hold back payment from the original contractor.Therefore, I needed someone very quickly and fortunately Chris was available .It couldn't have gone more efficiently. It was installed a couple of days after our estimate. I went to work and came home with a beautiful "lawn". I would definitely recommend this company and will not trust anyone but a professional turf contractor to do my front yard. There was no residual mess. I absolutely love it!

The workers from Omega do excellent work. They are very thorough. They're not real great on communication. They forget to call occasionally, but there's no problem if I check up on them. They show up when they say they will. I am very happy with them. Their prices are in line with the work that they do. They do quality work and I have nothing but high ratings for them.
