+ -1 moreThe carpet in my common area looked new and did a decent job at dying it. The furniture pillows took a bit over 24 hrs to dry. These are tough to dry. Nonetheless, A few of then were left dripping wet. After everything dried, the ending results were satisfactory. They are bit pricier than their competitors but they also offer promotions top compete. I have then a "B" for being an hour late but it was nice that they did call me in advance to infirm me a more accurate time of arrival. So I give an "A+" for communication.
Description of Work: Both workers worked together to clean my micro fabric and furniture, including all the pillow that the couch has at no extra cost. They also cleaned my walk in closet carpet. It was near dry when they finished.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWe have a dog, ergo we have carpet cleaning needs (sometimes very immediate ones!) about once per quarter. We have hired Mike several times now, including on move out from our last home in Vista, and we have always been pleased with, if not pleasantly surprised by, the results. Not to mention he is professional, friendly and has a sense of humor.
Description of Work: Cleaned all carpet in our 800-ish square foot condo.

+ -1 moreThe job went very well. I booked them and Mike arrived to my home promptly on the arranged date/time. He explained what he was going to be doing, assessed the areas, spot-treated and began the cleaning process. He was finished after 2.5 hours; I inspected the work and I could not see any of the previous spots. The company has a truck system and a portable system so depending on access the company can provide the service. I was very pleased with the look and the feel of the carpet after the cleaning.
Description of Work: Berber carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in my condo. Cleaned the carpets for 2 bedrooms, stairs, livingroom/dining room and also cleaned 2 couches. All surfaces were scotch-guarded as well. The carpet and the furniture was heavily stained with coffee and red wine. Mike spent 2.5-3 hours cleaning all of the surfaces and he was able to get the spots out of the carpet. I had these same carpets cleaned 5 months ago by a steam-clean company and after a week or so, the spots reappeared. He also provided advice on the the best way to spot treat the carpet in the future.
