It took a month to get an estimate by email from Andres Quintero. He only gave estimate for labor cost. He was told when he first came to the property that the work would be incrementally done due to the need for making share cost arrangement with the neighbor. Once I decided to get the first batch of work started which would have costed about ~$860. He replied a couple of my emails for material cost question but never respond with the available start work dates. I followed up with emails and phone call but with no result. So while I like to give him the job based on all these others favorable reviews, I surmise he never really interest to do it. I guess he can afford to pick and choose his job given all these previous high ratings. But it does cast a doubt about his professionalism.

Andre came very promptly for the appointment to provide an estimate. He was polite , clear in his communication and very fair with his estimate. On the day of the work he was punctual and did most of he work in the estimated time. He could not complete the work because we needed additional materials and needed to do some electrical work which was unexpected. I was ok with that and we agreed to finish this at a later time. The problem is that he hasnt been able to come at a later time. I contacted him repeatedly to set this up but he/ his wife( who helps with the appointments) never really bothered to set up an appointment with me and one time did not honor an appointment. Either they are genuinely busy or simply dont care for my business. Now I am tired of contacting him and will go with another person. Other than the above I was satisfied with the quality of the work itself.

Had a problem with scheduling appointment, but once he arrived work was done to my satisfaction.

We've had recent problems with our sprinkler system that was more serious than a previous landscaping company was looking at and they were possibly going to come back to look at it some more. I know it wasn't exactly their line of work, but my husband asked me to mention it to them and so he looked at the sprinkler. He seemed to really know his business as far as the electronics part of it and they did a very good job with the other part, so we were pretty pleased and would use their services again. The only objection I have was that there was a lot of scheduling problems. We were thinking that they were coming twice and they didn't show up. It was a mix-up in the scheduling and that was a little frustrating, but otherwise they provided a very good service. The price of $135 was perfectly fine and the quality of their work was excellent. They got back to me right away after the ticket was ordered in December or January, but the scheduling part of it in 2013 when it was finally accomplished was not good.

He showed on time and was a very nice man. He worked above and beyond. He was superb.

They appear very busy as booking work needed to be scheduled a month in advance. Besides what we consider expensive labor for the nature and extent of the work, the biggest issue is communication. Emails and/or phone calls would go unanswered for well over a week and required follow-up attempts on our part. Obviously, since they are so busy, others have had or are having a better experience than we, perhaps ours was just a fluke.

Andres visited me a couple days before our appointment to make sure he'd have all the necessary parts on hand when he did the work. It was a pain free experience that took a minimal amount of my time.

Andres was great! He arrived on time and completed all of the work we wanted him to in the 4 hours we paid for. He did a quality job and was honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him or hire him again.

I purchased the 4hrs of handyman service "Big Deal" for $135. Andres and his assistant arrived on-time, were very courteous and eager to do whatever tasks I asked them to do around the house. I am very happy with quality of their work and they cleaned the work space after they were done.

Clockwork, work started on time and ended on time. Professional, courteous and respectful of the property. I will be calling them again.

Andres and Lucy are Amazing!! Extremely Professional. Just call and leave Lucy a Voice Mail and she will call you back or you can work with her through email. I believe Lucy is Andres assistant and takes care of the scheduling for Andres. I met with Andres to show him what needed to be done. He was very friendly and made me feel confident about completing the job. He finished everything in just a couple of hours. I even called them a few weeks later to fix another issue, and he came right out. I will always use Ocean Pro for any Handy man work and I would highly recommend you use them too!! No need to look any where else. They are friendly, trust worthy and easy to work with- Xica Bashi

Really well, the guy was sharp, polite, friendly, and a good communicator. Also a fast but attention to detail kind of guy. When he was finished and ready to go, I asked him several questions about other projects I had in mind for the house. He took his time to listen and made some recommendations - and this was off the clock. Good folks, I'll use again.

Apparently these guys are quite busy, so it took awhile to get on their calendar. Once the appointment was set, it was smooth sailing from there. There were two guys sent out for 2 hrs. instead of one guy sent for 4 hrs. Which was fine with me. The total cost was $135. I thought it was a pretty good deal since they usually charge $65/hr. per guy. They arrived on time and actually stayed longer than their scheduled 2 hrs. I had an enormous list that they of course could not finish because of the two hr. window, but they concentrated on two of the larger jobs and I was happy with that. They installed a doggy door in the sliding glass door that became a challenge because my sliding door is too small for it's frame causing problems for the locking mechanism. It took them awhile, but they figured it out and improvised with putting the lock somewhere other than where it should have originally gone. I'm just glad they got it done. I can still lock up my house and the dogs have their door!! The other project was to put together a media chest that arrived completely unassembled (I cried). I basically gave him a pile of wood, nuts, bolts, washers and directions and he got the frame and most of the major parts put together. I just need to assemble each of the drawers (ugh!) But, like I said, two hrs. is not long enough to get something like that done. Because of the timeframe, nothing else on the list got looked at. I would like them to return and continue the work. I spoke with Andres about that when they were here. I have since received an email from his wife saying they are not available until the end of April. I would like to have the work done before that. I told her I would love to have the guys return, but did not want to wait until then. I would definitely hire them again in the future (if I don't have to wait several wks to get on their schedules).i

Andres from OceanPro gave me some helpful tips on buying lighting materials for installation and was very responsive via email before the installation date. He arrived on time, did very good work, and was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone and will seek him for future work.

Andes arrived on time. I showed him the work to be done, & he started to work. He showed me any difficulty that arose & explained what he had to do to fix the problem. He was on time, professional, & cleaned up after himself. He answered any question I had with clear, concise answers. I would recommend Andres' services.

I hired OceanPro Handyman Services after reading such good reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Very good communication. Andres showed up on time, and did the work quickly but well. He's very pleasant to be around. I'd hire him again. He's pretty busy but worth the wait, I'd say.

I was a bit worried at first because there was a bit of miscommunication at first. I think they thought I was going to purchase the materials myself and have them on hand so they could just show up and begin working. That was not the case, I had no idea what to buy so I don't know why that happened. I was also worried because they wanted to bring two guys instead of one, and my fear is that one guy would do all the work and the other guy would just hold the ladder while charging the same rate. There was no reason to fear. They came in, they were very professional, they did the work in a timely manner. They did a great job in protecting my bannister and furniture as well. The work they performed was outstanding, after they were done I could not tell that there was ever in a hole in that wall at all. They did a great job smoothing it all out so that it blended perfectly. They were very friendly and they did a great job for me. I would highly recommend them.

Andres was responsive to my call/email. He was flexible with his schedule to make it quicker for me. He let me know what I would need to shop for in advance. He arrived right on time on day of appointment. I showed him around the work projects at hand, and he started right away. He completed every job efficiently and with skill. The list was diverse and he was able to complete all types of work. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Andres was on time and did a good job installing an external door to my house. He needed to remove the existing door frame and level and install the door as well as re-key and install the handle/locks. I was very happy with his work. I had purchased a special 4 hours of his services for $135 and thought it was a bargain. I plan to hire him again to install a security door on my front door.

Andres contacted me by email to schedule an appointment immediately after I purchased the deal. He showed up on time and completed the tasks. I would definitely recommend Andres for any handyman needs.

I called the number to schedule an appointment for the coupon and the voicemail went to a female who had no mention of Andres or OceanPro. I got a call back saying that they were busy with a lot of projects and to send an email, didn't ask for my name, phone number, email or anything. I sent an email and haven't receieved a response. I contacted Angie's List to get a refund because I am not sure what is going on with this big deal or company.

When Andres arrived I gave him an overview of the jobs I had and he was able to complete them all successfully with no further instructions. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Although I number of jobs, he wasn't fazed, and tackled them one-by-one. I will definitely use his services again.

Andres is very professional. Came right on time with all the needed materials. The job consisted on tearing down a wall and making a new one with insulation included. He worked expeditiously and did an excellent job. Cleaned everything, he left the house cleaner than it was before he came. He even had time to help me move some furniture around.
