The process wasn't exactly smooth. To save me time and money he suggested I go and shop for the items myself. Not knowing what I was doing, turned out I got everything wrong. So that was a bit inefficient but he did in fact save me money and he was helpful and communicative.

There was a problem with not having thought to remove the medicine cabinet mirror that was brokenremoving the header. The broken mirror was replaced with a new one special ordered and paid for by Andre. He came back a third time to reinstall the mirror. He was punctual and professional throughout.

Went very well. He was done in about 15 minutes.

The service provider informed me that even though the deal shows in my area they actually do not service my area. I called in to get a refund.

Andre showed up early. He had all necessary tools. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very personable. He also offered me some advice on periodic maintenance that should be done to keep my house looking good. I was very pleased with the service and will use him again in the near future.

OceanPro was very responsive and professional. They came and gave me a quote for the work I needed and were able to set up the repairs in a time that worked with my schedule. When they came do the work they were very quick and efficient; and did quality work. I was very impressed with their skills and how good both the bathroom and our eves look now. I would definitely use them again, and because of their handyman skills, I plan to rebook them for other projects around my house.

It turned out well and I had no problems. He was wonderful in helping us and it was a good experience.

Andres was able to locate the problem and make the repair. Andres recently repaired a front bedroom window. He is efficient and knowledgeable in many different areas of home improvement and repair. I will use this provider for all my home repair needs. Highly recommended.

OceanPro is amazing! This is the third time I've used them. Lucy gets back to you right away to schedule the appointment. Andres is very friendly and always on time. He's a hard worker and get's the job done right the first time! If I ever need a handyman I just call OceanPro because I know I can rely on them! and the process is always easy for me.

Andres was great. He and his team got here on time and spent the whole time working. They walked me through what they had done , which was all fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Our HOA needed wood railings replaced and also re enforced them. He also painted them. We had a wood canopy above our mailboxes that was falling down and they rebuilt it so now it is sturdy and should last a very long time. I'm goign to call Lucy who was also great, to schedule Andres and his team for more work.We then discussed future work and Andres was honest about how far out his work was scheduling.

Work started on time and ended on time. Professional, courteous and respectful of the property. Would use again.

First off there was some confusion on their end in scheduling the appointment and it ended up being rescheduled twice after the original scheduling on their part. I had a bathroom door installed but it was not cut quite evenly and there are gaps between the frame and the door so when it is closed you can still see through to the bathroom. Also there is barely any space between the floor and the bottom of the door. I also had an outside door that was missing chunks of stucco between the bottom of the door frame and the ground so I had it re-stucco'd which looks very nice. The outside frame around the door was peeling and cracking so I wanted them to sand and caulk it so I could paint it to prevent any wood rot. They caulked it and sanded it but not completely so there were some parts that were not sanded and some parts that weren't caulked. Over all they were very nice people but I felt that the door should have been cut straighter and there shouldn't be any gaps between the door and frame.

Andres did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. His bid was extremely reasonable; his professionalism was outstanding; and his work ethic was remarkable. He took care of every detail - from tearing out old fixtures, removing and hauling away the old tub, sink, sliding door, and toilet; picking up all purchased materials; then doing the plumbing, drywall, tile work, painting, and installation of all fixtures. The result was that in two work weeks, Andres had completed his masterpiece. He did a truly BEAUTIFUL job! Andres cares about the quality of his work and takes great pride in a good finished product. He worked closely with me to ensure that the cosmetic cabinet was placed just where I wanted it and to ensure that the niche in the shower was to my liking. He took the time to make sure everything was right. From the initial bid, to the final cost - I am very pleased. I highly recommend and will use his services again in the future.

Andres Quintero did an excellent job partitioning a shared garage. My neighbor and I shared a garage and decided to partition each other's part of the garage. Andres understood exactly what we had in mind and made several suggestions. His was not the lowest bid (it was close to the lowest!) but he impressed me from the start. He put up a frame and hung the drywall exactly as we had discussed. Afterwards he explained his reasoning for using screws rather than nails -- which made a lot of sense to me. I was very pleased and would recommend his services.

The 4 hours was for two guys for 2 hours. the window unit air conditioner works well, my only criticism is that they drilled holes into my 1920's double hung windows without asking me first. They did stay about 30 minutes late to finish up the hinges was a nice bonus.

We had a few scheduling issues. I have chosen to get a refund for the service.

Andres did an excellent job and was very neat and efficient. In our bid he included painting. When he finished the prime coat he asked if I had the finish paint. I said my wife hadn't picked it out yet. I told him we could go to the Depot right down the street and get the paint and he said fine. Brought it back and he was finished in a little over an hour. Job well done. Total job a day and a half. I'm so satisfied I'm getting another estimate for more work.

The guy was very pleasant when he did the estimate. The price was excellent. When I called the number he left me to book the service, his behavior on the phone was kind of odd (I asked if it was OceanPro, and rather than saying yes, he said who are you?), but once he realized I was calling to book a service, it was fine. He showed up on time and the service was well done. One minor thing . . . my Mom was home when the service was performed and she asked if he could touch up one other small area. He said No, it's not in the contract. It was a tiny issue, (maybe 2-3 brush strokes) and he didn't even say he would have to charge for it, just "No, not in the contract, I'm not doing it." A little odd, but in any case, the work he did was on-time, well done and I would use him again.

Excellent work! The previous owners had made a disastrous attempt at remodeling. Andres repaired the damages, and corrected a wiring mistake that required extensive work. He was very easy to work with, and was extremely professional. I will be using Oceanpro again, and would recommend them whole heartedly.

It took a couple of reschedules, but Andres showed up on time. We reviewed the list of tasks and had to eliminate two of them because one task required putting holes on City property and the other was due to my not having the appropriate frame for a vanity mirror. Andres was very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up after each task. I would use his services again, but would make sure I had all the necessary supplies to complete the tasks and enough work for 4 hrs. The job took less than 3 hrs.

Andres was on-time and professional.....he did part of the job but also brought in a tile guy who was excellent--Andres went to another job then returned to see that all was done well and assist at end.......great care was taken to assure it was done perfectly...hood, tile cut..installed and grouted all in one day....great job! scheduling can be a bit tricky but once it's set he shows up on time.

I had several providers give me pricing and Andres was the most competitive and he was able to start the following week. He showed up early and finished in the time frame he gave me. He did a great job and was very professional. I would hire him again in the future.

Andres was very friendly and easy to work with. He fixed all items for me without a problem. I will definitely use him again.

Did not bother to return my initial call.
