Exceptional service! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Andres was able to offer a permanent solution to a chronic kitchen faucet problem, something 2 licensed plumbers had missed in the past. He worked quickly, was easy to communicate with & was professional in every way. I highly recommend his services & plan to use him in the future.

They provided recommendations based on their experience on some adjustments to the original request, We took these recommendations and were very pleased with the results. They left the place clean. I have already requested estimates for additional work.

He measured the area to be covered, purchased the correct type of insulation and drywall and brought it to our house. They arrived on time on the arranged date and started work promptly. It was a two man job. We are satisfied with the result.

After I called Angie's List. It was more then a week before I was given my refund. They had to make sure the deal was not used. Now I call providers and make sure they will travel here. Sometimes providers are shown in the Deal but they will not travel here next to Oceanside,California.

Better than we could have imagined -- ahead of schedule, on budget, no drama! Andres and his worker's work was superior quality and the attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. We are used to doing all the work our selves and when we can't for whatever reason we brace ourselves to be disappointed. We were not only not disappointed but were thrilled with the outcome. We plan to hire Andres again and would recommend him with no reservations, no hesitation!

I contacted the company on line on a Friday. The message to me was they would get back to me the next business day ,Monday. I finally called them on Tuesday. They sent someone out Wed morning..He was late which was a problem as I had another appointment that morning. The appointment would have worked much better if the handyman called me before he came. The work did not take an hour and certainly was not worth $65. This is the first time I have ever called a handyman I was unhappy that the company did not get back to me.The reason, the receptionist was gone for a few days. What kind of business is that?? The handyman was quite nice and did what he could , but I was unhappy with the company and that i had spent the money

I scheduled an appointment with OceanPro through Angieslist (all correspondence and confirmation are in the Angieslist messages). They were 2 weeks out and I waited patiently while changing buckets of water from leaking fixture everyday. The day of service, Wednesday, I took the day off to have these issues taken care of -- NO SHOW!! I called and they told me they had a pipe leak on a job the day before so they couldn't come to my job. Really?!? You had a pipe leak yesterday and you couldn't call me yesterday that you couldn't come today?? Not until I called you from your no show?? I then asked them to try to make up for their no show by coming over the day after or so - NO! Before or after hours - NO! Weekend - NO! Next week - NO! They are so overbooked they couldn't keep up with their appointments. I gave them many chances to make up for their no show, but they didn't even try, didn't care. These people have tooo many business through this Angieslist that they couldn't even keep up with. They could careless if they stood up on you! I would not recommend OceanPro to anyone. Even you are formally, officially booked an appointment, they still don't show up!! And Angieslist couldn't do anything either, they said because there was no service rendered!! Amazing!!!

Andres is very professional, punctual and polite. He's the first workman to arrive on time and prepared for the job. I hired him for 4 hours and estimated it would take that long for two assignments. He was done in 1.5 hours so we came up with other small jobs to fill the time. He was willing to take on whatever we came up with on our "to do" list. When we booked the appointment he asked us to provide a list of jobs, which we did, yet we added two tasks and he was perfectly fine with it. He did an excellent job, was quick and clean and very knowledgeable. Truly a jack of all trades. I would not hesitate to hire him again. My only negative comment would be trying to book the appointment, but I understand he had time off during the summer, and was very busy otherwise, probably due to an increase in business because of the Angie's List Deal offer. I'm recommending his services to my elderly mother, because I'm so confident in his skills.

It took us a bit of time to find a date that worked, but he showed up at the agreed time. He had all the supplies that he needed and professionally repaired a hole in my drywall in less than two hours. It looks great, you can't even tell it was there.

Had to reschedule a few times, but they were great and cooperative! We will def use them again. Fixed a door, removed debris at a property, replaced a lock... A++-

Mr Quintets was on time. I was especially impressed he checked to see if the original parts could be used. The wheels were more than 8 years old and the slide mechenism was broken. He removed the door, attempted to fix the original parts. Ended up going to Lowes and the door slides perfectly in less than an hour. Also, fixed the door handle which had snapped due to the weight of the broken door. I am very pleased. I now have someone to call for the repairs I need. He also said he could re pipe my kitchen so I can put an apartment size washer dryer in the kitchen.

I had all of the pieces unpacked and Andres laid them out and was organized and efficient in the assembly. He was able to get the job done within the hour. I would recommend him and will use this company again.

I would highly recommend, showed up and spent a good amount of time to install my ceiling fan wire it up. Also had him install an outlet in our bath. Very clean, did not make a mess and cleaned up what little mess he made.

Service was great. The handyman was very nice, cleaned up after he was thru installing the faucets. After he was thru he pointed out that I should get an extension pipe for one of the faucets. I asked "when I get the extension pipe at Home Depot, can I call OceanPro and will you come back and install the extension pipe?". He replied, "of course". He left but about 3 minutes later he called me and told me that he had an extension pipe that he thought would fit my sink so he came back up to my condo and extended the pipe. That was vey professional of him, I thought.

The hardest company to contact EVER! They were booked up to a month in advance and trying to contact them was ridiculous. They did try to accommodate me, but their communication stunk. I found out only through my tenant that they couldn't do the job as asked (not their fault), but didn't get back to me to say how it went or what they did instead. I paid for 3 hours and got maybe 1/2 hour. When I called to ask them to do another job to use up my 2 -1/2 hours I had paid for, they at first said no. Finally they agreed but again, it took weeks to set it up. Finally had to call Angie's List customer service to step in and help me. Even then, they still did not contact me to tell me what was done to my property. I will NEVER use them, nor recommend them to anyone for anything.

He replied right away that he could not do any handyman work at that time due to surgery he had just had on his shoulder. I really appreciated his quick reply.
