Andres did a great job!
Description of Work: Andres has done many projects for us at our small condo complex. Recently he repaired and replaced fascia boards on our eaves so we could have our rain gutters rehung. He has painted garages and repaired electrical boxes.

Description of Work: I called the number listed here to inquire about service prior to purchase of 'deal' (as there is no discount lol) and the voicemail said to text the number (I just called) or email them. So I texted my question (@12:30pm). Or or course I called around to see if other handymen could do the job and found someone who was wiling to answer my questions and do the job next day. I texted back these OceanPro people (6pm.....mind you I NEVER got a text back or phone call..when ANYONE can READ a text LOL) and told them to disregard and that I'm glad I was able to witness their customer service BEFORE buying their deal. Don't waste your time people with these guys. Clearly their too busy to help you. Look... Their 'deal' is the same cost.. No discount lol. Does that not say it all?

Description of Work: I paid for two hours of handyman services for $115.Thought I was getting two people to do the job of putting together the 4 storage prefab Closetmaid cabinets which was only 4 pieces to put together(each cabinet was 36x80 inches and was not going to be hung on a wall or attached to a wall). I had already waited 3 weeks to be able to get the job done, and they then changed from that day to an additional 1 day later for my service. Day of the job I found out it was only going to be 1 person (now I really felt the price was high at $65 an hour for a handyman as no electrical or plumbing was required --just a hammer and screwdriver!. I ended up paying for two additional hours for an additional $130 so the handyman could finish putting the cabinets together, ending up spending a total of $245 for the job which I felt was very high. He was in the middle of the job and knew I couldn't get someone to come in on such short notice to finish putting together the last 2 cabinets.

Your coupon terms: DEAL DESCRIPTION Here's the Deal: $115.00 for two hours of handyman service; extra time can be purchased for an additional $65 per hour. 1.) Had you not agreed to these terms or even changed your mind you could have canceled the purchase and received a refund. 2.) Had you not agreed to the appt date you could have returned the coupon and received a refund. 3.) On the day before the appt you called my office to book time after the 2hr coupon- knowing my hrly rate. You had ample time to cancel your purchase and find another contractor. But you mentioned to my office that you needed this time to clean out the garage space where the cabinets were to be installed. Had I been able to have a 2nd Tech available that day the hrly rate would have increased. Here is the truth-our prices do not suit everyone, Yet as you reported in your review the quality is "A". May you find another contractor who better suits your needs. Andres
