I bought 4 hrs of handyman service from an Angie's List deal. I contacted the business via email and was very pleased with the quick response. The provider showed up right at the scheduled time to do the work. He was pleasant and respectful. I had him installed three new light fixtures plus a few other small things. I was very happy with the work and service.

It went very well. I'm very pleased with the job he and his crew did. They transformed my tired, dated, crappy looking orange peel walls and ceiling into, flat planes of white smoothness! The ugly old baseboard was gone, the electrical outlet was moved just as I wanted, and the walls and ceilings look great. The white primer coat made it easy to assess how good a job they'd done. If there was any downside it was the amount of dust in the place, but that's the way it goes when you put on many, many gallons of mud and have to sand it to end up with the smooth, professional result these guy produced. I'm very pleased and have asked Andres a quote for painting the entire place with normal paint over the primer and putting down and painting new baseboard. I'd be happy to use OceanPro again and recommend them highly. Andres is one of the nicest guys I've met and I trust him. After all, I gave him the keys to my place after meeting him for 20 minutes and I normally wouldn't do something like that. He didn't let me down. Thanks for doing a great job, Andres!

Andres contacted me within a 24 hours of purchasing the "Big Deal" and we immediately scheduled a date. He arrived exactly when he said he would (at 1pm) and was VERY patient (I was late getting home). Since we made the appointment so many weeks in advance, I would have loved a follow up call the night before or the morning of our appointment to confirm, but I never told him that so could not have expected it. He did all the work I needed to get done, which included installation of two door closures, installation of a bike rack, mounting a flat screen TV, replacing some bathroom fixtures, and "fixing" an electrical issue (it was a blown breaker). He was very professional. I would definitely use his services again.

Andres arrived on time and went right to work on replacing a bathroom faucet in a half bathroom, working in a very tight space. Next he went onto replacing the kitchen facucet and drain plus dishwasher air gap. Next he put together a kitchen island. All jobs were done in an excellent fashion with no wasted time. Andres is very professional, personable, and listens to what you want and does exactaly what you asked for. I would most definately recommend Andes for jobs around your home.

I purchased a Big Deal to try and respond to a problem created by another Angie's List contractor but in the 10 days I had left in the area, Ocean Pro was unable to meet with me (over the New Year) so they graciously allowed me to cancel the Big Deal Coupon. I got a really nice and professional voice mail telling me to just go ahead and let Angie's List know and they would be fine with the refund since I might not be back in the area at my eventual retirement home for at least a few months. Very professional and nice.

Andre is extremely professional and always greeted my family with a smile. I asked him to come and look at all the issues I wanted fixed and he came that same day after he finished a job to give me an estimate. I wanted the work to be done within a week's time and Andre delivered. He has great help too, who are friendly and very professional. I am extremely picky and extremely clean and Andre has an eye for great detail. After the day's work was done he would clean up as though he and his crew weren't there that day. I would recommend Andre to all of my neighbors, friends and family. He is very skilled, very personable, and has great time management. I am looking forward to having Andre come by and do a few more things for our home in the next week/two! I really appreciate his flexibility. Good workmanship is hard to come by!

I wish he could have done more, but from my experience with handymen his work accomplished is similar - as far as the rest he was on time, did what I asked with excellent result - his drywall was the best I have seen. I would hire him again - his regular fee of $55/hr is more than reasonable.

Handyhman arrived 20 minutes early which saw a surprise since we live outside town and most service people have trouble finding our house. He started right in on the variety of jobs we had to do and didn't have any problems even with the clothes rack which was shipped without assembly instructions. He came well equiped and the overall experience was such tlhat we would be glad to hire him again.. Otto Krueger

I have purchased a Big Deal for them in the past and they did excellent work. I ended up getting a refund on the second coupon because they were too backlogged to get to my job in a few days. I will use them in the future, however.

They arrived on time and we discussed the job. They set to work smoothing over the cracks by filling them in with plaster. They sanded the plaster and then texturized the wall. They cleaned up the work site. Since painting was not part of the contract, they explained how I should paint the wall for the best results. They were very pleasant, competent, and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Quintero performed excellent work, including spending the time needed to make sure that the work was completed in a first class manner. He was pleasant and professional.

I initially found this contractor via a Big Deal that I purchased from Angie's List. I had some drywall work that needed to be done, and I didn't want my usual handyman to do it based on his less than stellar work in this area in the past. It also wasn't enough work to warrant having a drywall company come in to do the repairs. From my first call to the completion of services, everything about Andres' work was handled professionally. Due to the volume of work he had received from the Big Deal, it took a few weeks before he was able to fit me into his schedule. However, it was well worth the wait. He did a fantastic job of making the repairs, including the hole in wall caused by my large dogs slamming the couch into the wall while playing! I've had enough homes built over the years to know the proper ways to make such repairs, and he did everything the right way. He took his time and was meticulous about his work. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. If you didn't know where to look, you would never know where he made the repairs (in fact, his work looks better than the original drywall!). I will definitely use him for future work (I was pleased to learn that he is actually a handyman and not just a drywall person!).

Scheduling was easy and Mr. Quintero arrived promptly at the appointed time. He worked very efficiently, and to my eye, did an excellent job with two large and twenty small drywall repairs. We have a moderately textured wall and he matched the existing texture quite precisely. Mr. Quintero also painted a family room accent wall. Wow. He is fast and has a very accurate hand. I will most certainly retain his contact information and use him again in the future. Thank you for a job very well done.

I purchased the 4 hours of drywall work for $125.00. Andres came on time and performed all the work I needed. I had a lot of work to be done in 4 hours but Andres managed to get everything done. The wall that Andres finished looks good and matches the rest of the walls. I would definitely use him for any drywall service in the future.

We'd been living with 3 drywall sections of our Bathroom walls removed-the result a hidden leak. We had thought we could DIY-but found it too daunting. So when we saw OceanPro Handyman for 4hrs. of drywall/plaster repair on Angie's Big deal we called and made a date to finally have it done...Professionally. Andres Quintero entered our home with a kind and respectful energy. He quickly sized up the situation at hand and went right to work. The repair work was done skillfully and yet beyond this, with an artist's touch. The texturing he did on the newly hung drywall perfectly matches the existing walls. The joining of drywall sections, as well as the taping he did, flawless, each wall looks like one whole wall, not 3 that have been repaired. One cornerbead had to be cut in prior removal of drywall and Andres matched new cornerbeading to the old and created one long continuous corner edge. His work was done beautifully and complete in the alotted 4 hrs. timeframe, and as well, he left the areas he had worked in clean. We are thankful for his work and would gladly call him again should the need arise.

Andres' assistant was helpful in setting the appointment and giving me a good sense that my job could be accomplished in the 4 hour Angie's List Big Deal I purchased. She then emailed me to confirm the appointment, which was nice. Andres arrived right on time and put me at ease immediately. The holes were worse than he expected and he shared his mild shock in a humorous way. He let me know that this would be a patch job of very old plaster that was uneven and so would not be perfect, but he'd do his best. He then left to buy the materials (which were not included in the deal). I left for work and three hours later, he called to let me know the job would require an additional hour of labor at $45.00. I still felt this was a good deal considering the extent of the damage and let him know to go ahead. I returned home expecting a rough patch job, but instead the ceiling was perfectly smooth! The decision to buy the 4-hour drywall job from Ocean Pro Handyman Services was one of the best choices I've made for my home. I was so impressed. Andres called the next day to see if I was satisfied and let me know that he does other kinds of work as well. I will definitely hire Andres to come back.

Andres and his coworker(s) were always punctual, meticulous, polite, and helpful. Very importantly, Andres offered insight into color choices, preventing us from making any "rookie" mistakes. Andres worked under a tight time constraint and got the job done. I own a beach house that was rented by college students, and as expected they left the unit in terrible shape. Andre, painted the unit and restored it to impectible condition. I utilize Andre throughout the year to perform various repairs to the unit.
