Description of Work: Services requested via an "Angie deal". They contacted me and arranged appointment for my requested time. Andres repaired holes in ceiling damaged from a water leak and calked window that was also leaking. Adres was prompt, professional, and did excellent work.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $135 for 4 hours of handyman service.He did some minor things around the house. For an example: he swapped out a faucet in the kitchen.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon thru Angie's List for some handyman work. They did a great job - installed a sink and faucet fixture (including removing of the old sink) plus removed and sealed up an old air duct in a closet that was of no use and starting to fall out. I thought he did a great job - very efficient, confident and hard working. I even reached out to him for an additional quote on a bigger job but I ended up breaking the job into smaller pieces and doing some myself or hiring more specialized workmen (i.e., painter, stucco worker, etc.). I would consider this company again for other handyman type work.

Description of Work: This firm performed work in my newly acquired condo: removed an outdated kitchen dropped light fixture, opened up the ceiling and dry-walled, painted and added recess can lighting and molding. It made a huge difference in the kitchen. His work was performed on-time and in budget and he was perfectly delightful to work with so I highly recommend Andres and Ocean Pro Coatings & Services.

Description of Work: I had a lot of electrical work done at my condo, moving light fixtures adding recessed lighting and ceiling fans and repairing an area of the ceiling that there was a water leak, so there were 9 holes in the walls and ceilings that needed to be patched and textured. The wall are knock-down texture and the ceilings have a plaster look to them. Andres did a fantastic job of patching the holes and matching the textures. The job took 4 hours to complete, then I just did a little sanding and the patches were ready to paint. They look fantastic, I know where the holes were and couldn't see a trace of them.

Description of Work: Dos: Put together an assortment of thngs including an electric keyboard, TV table and Put a TV up and set it up. Also put up shelves. Didn't: Even though he had a short amount of time and had tried to leave early, he hadn't fully cleaned up from the job. He left boxes and wrapping material in my home instead of asking where to put them for disposal. I spent whatever the special offer was.

Description of Work: I called several times and left msg but never got a return call till today--they asked where I lived and I was told they dont service my area--this is about the 3rd time this has happened to me with Angie's List--you need to list what areas they do service in like Amazon Local

Description of Work: They do very fine work and are there when they say they are going to be there. They are respectful and courteous on work time. I would recommend to everyone for sure. Andres Quintero is great!
