 + -1 moreI DEALT WITH STEVE LARSON MORTGAGE SPECIALIST. HE EXPLAINED THE LOAN TO MY HUSBAND AND I. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY SKEPTICAL OF GETTING A SECOND. MR. LARSON EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN SIMPLE TERMS. WE WERE ABLE TO GET A MORE MANAGEABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT.
Description of Work: TOOK OUT DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOAN WITH NORTHERN MUTUAL. THE LOAN WAS FOR $35,000. NORTHERN MUTUAL GOT ME A LOW INTEREST RATE OF 7.25% FOR 240 MONTHS.
