MyPlumber was quick to answer our call. The plumber (Rudy) was professional and did a good job. I am only giving 2.5 stars for customer service because we do not feel he was totally forthcoming in what additional costs, besides the initial repair, were going to be. Ask questions, understand the full scope of the job before committing.

The workers were professional and courteous. The repair is not complete, because more work has to be done and my neighbor has to agree to a mutual date for the repairs to be completed. But the initial diagnosis of the problem was done and we are hoping to schedule the rest of the repair soon.

Kenny did a great job of replacing our leaking garbage disposal and showing us the corrosion causing it to leak.

Juan is good and hardworking. I definitely hire the company again.

we hired My Plumber to replace a faucet in our laundry room. They came when sceduled, discussed what was needed and had choices to choose from. They were all a bit pricey, but came with a 2 year guarantee. It turned out to be a two day project as the initial visit was late afternoon on a Friday, but they returned Monday and installed the faucet. All in all a painless process.

They cut out a piece of drywall to add a water supply line ina a new locatio of the refridgerator, they completed the pluming part and left the wall opened, they wanted to charge me another $400.00 to patch the drywall, no way I was going to pay $400.00 for a 1ft X1ft drywall patch

All of the employs were very helpful and professional. This was a very expensive job, but my new gas lines are safe as compared to old ones, which were corroded.

Needed a gas hook up from a natural gas line to my BBQ. The gas line was capped and it was seemingly impossible to remove the cap. But, for Rudy Gallardo the gas cap was no match. He also helped install the adapter from 3/4" line to a quick release nozzle for my BBQ, and best of all, everything was done to code. The pricing was reasonable considering the amount of time he spent.

I had been concerned about finding someone to work on the floor radiant heating system in my older home. Franco understood the system, diagnosed and promptly repaired the problem. I was relieved and delighted.

Franco did a fast, great job searching for my gas leak. Corie did wonderful work bringing our valves and piping to code. Everyone was very friendly and forthcoming. Only quibble is that it was a bit pricey, but the work was fabulous.
