Very nice man. The sink was worse when he left than when he started. It cost me $252 and took all afternoon to make it worse.

The man was supposed to solder in a ball valve in my front yard. Showed up with a hacksaw and a can of glue. No torch, no valve. No nothing. Sorry, but I would not recommend your company to anyone!

Kenny came because the other Plummer from Angi did not come nor did he call. I had an appointment all set up for 10:00 this am. Never was given a name. Called Angi back and luckily for me dear Kenny was in the office at My Plumber. He came right over. Such a nice young man. Am very happy with his work. I will use his company and never bother with angiâ s list again.

I would like to pay for the services. The online payment would not work. I contacted Sam Aman to pay him and it has not yet happened. His work was terrific. He deserves to be paid.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and seem to care about the quality of his work. But I had some follow-up questions to ask him and he never returned my call.. Other than that everything was just fine.

This company grossly overcharged and refused to give me a detailed breakdown of the cost. They said 40% is labor 40% is parts and 20% is profit. I paid over $2000 for a bathtub repair - but they couldnâ t tell me how much the parts were. I doubt it was $800. They cut into the ceiling to check for damages- and did the drywall repair. Drywall was done very poorly - now it looks like I have an access panel in my living room. I talked to the owner - he was rude and not helpful at all. Obviously only cares about making money and ripping people off. I only hired them because I got the referral from Angies list and I have always had good experiences with referrals from Angies list. Lesson learned - do your own homework and do not trust Angies list!

I got an estimate and both toilets replaced in one day which was great.

They are a little bit pricy. $2500 to replace the Kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets seems to be way over priced but I paid it just to get it done. Work was done well but I cannot recommend simply based on price.

The Plumber was on time - and did repair the door which lasted for a full week for $200+. He did mention having the door replaced...But - What I do not appreciate - if he was going to repair it just for a week - he could have been upfront - and should have recommended getting things replaced rather than repair it. I almost thought - a long term he was asking it to be replaced. If I knew within a week or so - the door would fall off. -I would have asked him not to do the repair and would have used that money to go towards door replacement. Now here I am - within days of the so-called repair - $200 short and back to square one.

They quoted me 1,800 for 3 fixtures and putting on 2 new shower heads in the middle of the job they came back said you need extra stuff the company will change you 150 for each one but I go to home depot get part.it cost me 2300 they did a crappy job me my daughter just bought the house.. They said your going need new water heater the next day my water heater broke. Do not use them they ripped me off .My Son found out called company they said what you want me to do about it.Bad people.

Had them install tankless water heater. Took 3 days to complete, and they left us with a bucket for the condenser water to be kept in rather than route it properly. Had to hire another plumber to fix it at additional expense who found some other things wrong with their installation. They also suggested we put in the wrong size water heater AFTER the installation plus up sell on different services. We were desperate and did not have hot water for ~5 days during the pandemic. Would not recommend. Reviews are good on home advisor for some reason, but yxxx tells a different story similar to mine.

Polite & professional

The project was little complicated, the plumber came looked at the site , assessed the work and gave an estimate of price & hours. The person showed up on the day of execution and finished as discussed. Final project turned out great!

Great plumber. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. The plumber was a no nonsense guy, very professional, fast and very fair with the price which was listed and static.

I had to call multiple times to find out when the technician was going to show up. He was a few hours late and then, knowing I had limited options to find another person to come in that same day, charged me, what I now know, a ridiculously high price for what turned out to be a pretty simple fix. I will not use them again as I felt they took advantage of a crisis and an emergency we were having.
