The cost of any items they recommended seem really high.

Billy was polite, professional, friendly, and explained everything very well. I'm an almost-anything-but-my-job layman, but he went over everything clearly and made sure I understood the condition of both the interior and exterior systems. Overall, an excellent deal and an awesome service provider. I'll definitely be calling these duys and asking for Billy to take care of any A/C or furnace issues that may occur in the future.

He gave me a list of all the problems, showed them to me, and gave me a cost for each item. His company charges by the job, not by the hour. I had him replace a corroded valve underneath the sink. He is very good, but it was too expensive for that one job.

Corey was so courteous, considerate, patient, informative. He treated me with respect and understanding. He made sure to fully explain everything before he did it, explained all my options and was clear when making recommendations.

At the end of the "inspection" Enrique provided my husband with suggestions and an estimate. He told my husband that the water pressure was way over 100 and should be at 70 and that the pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced ($711), the anode rod in the water heater needed to be replaced ($507), the hose bibb needed to be replaced ($89) and to replace the kitchen faucet (faucet to be purchased by me) and both bathroom pop up assembles ($360). Total, and I am guessing this is all before tax and any extras would be $1,667. Of course I did some research when I got home from work. Now mind you, it took Enrique 20 minutes to empty a gallon of water out of the water heater, pull out the anode rod and show it to my husband, and then replace the existing anode rod, 20 minutes. An anode rod cost anywhere between $15 and $85. Mine cost me $85 because of the water heater brand I have. The replacement pop up assemblies for my bathroom cost $40 (I chose to go with metal chrome finish, my guess is that Enrique would have used the cheap plastic $8 ones) and I had to purchase one small $2 extension part for one of the bathroom pop up assemblies. THE TOTAL COST FOR THE SUPPLIES WAS LESS THAN $130. I hired a neighborhood plumber who replaced the anode rod, check the pressure valve which (using a fairly new one) read at 70 NOT 100+ and said there was nothing wrong with my water pressure or the valve, he replaced both bathroom pop up assemblies, replaced a WASHER in the kitchen faucet, replaced a WASHER in my hose bibb and as an extra bonus fixed my front door :) He was at my house two and a half hours and charged me $55 an hour. His labor was $137.50. TOTAL COST TO REPLACE AND/OR REPAIR EVERYTHING $267.50. We saved ourselves $1,400. I will say that Enrique was really nice, a pleasure to deal with. However, I use providers based on trust. I understand that there needs to be a bit of a mark up, but HONESTLY three times the amount???? If MyPlumber.com would have been more HONEST about the pricing to replace and/or repair everything, we would have used them. Sorry, but you just lost yourself a customer now and in the future, as well as, getting any referrals. It's a shame you feel you need to rip people off.

The a/c unit on my roof had been making a loud noise, and when I saw the $39.00 tune-up from My Plumber, I contacted them. I received a prompt reply from the company. Jocelyn called me; she was friendly and professional while setting up the appointment. Billy, the tech, arrived on time and put booties over his shoes before entering my home ... that always impresses me, and I appreciate the consideration. Billy went about conducting the tune-up, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. I was surprised when he pointed out that the furnace was installed in 1979! He gave me his written findings, and three options as solutions to reduce the noise on the a/c unit on the roof. He explained the options, and patiently answered my questions. I decided to have the work done, and was quite happy that he had the parts with him, so that I wouldn't have to make another appointment. I would recommend this company, and Billy without hesitation or reservation. Customer service is excellent and I was very pleased.

They were extremely polite and nice as well as very skilled. They were very neat and clean as well. I was very impressed with the trainee that came along because of how well the two workers worked together.

The service provided was excellent, professional, courteous, and non pushy. I tried to present myself as knowledgeable about what the situation was, reading up on common a/c problems and solutions. But very soon learned I did not know half of what I was talking about. I was impressed with Pedro's knowledge and ability to explain in concise, logical, and specific manner what was wrong with my system as he inspected both inside and outside. Perhaps I was just gaining the knowledge he was imparting to his younger partner. He even restarted my a/c compressor which had frozen up so that it would work to some degree in cooling the home. He gave me about 6 different estimates based on the amount of work I would want him to do, from a simple repair of a couple of capacitors to a complete new system. The repair estimates ran between $500 and $1000, and the system estimate ran between $11,000 to $18,000. After contemplating that the fixes would only buy me a year or two more use of the system (other things were rusting out or deteriorating) I decided to go with a new system. I am now looking at what seems to be a plethora of systems that all seem to have 50% or more reviewers deploring their selection, so it looks like you take your chances and pray for blessings. It does look like that a common problem is finding a good professional vendor to do the installation. Since I intend to get an extended 10 year warranty covering labor and parts, I want someone who has a good reputation and a history of existence. I would trust Pedro with my installation but I am not as sure about the company he works for. I will check BBB also and search the web for input on the company. Also in the end, Pedro did not even charge me the inspection fee. I offered to pay him the fee anyway for the education he gave me but he insisted that he did not want to be paid. That impressed me. Even though I did not really get to know the company well from this short visit, I decided to rate them 5 stars to get them out of the F category and

When I questioned the billing they were rude, extremely evasive and refused to give an itemized account of the bill. We disputed the charge with Visa and they investigated and ruled in our favor returning $3,625 based on fair value. My Plumber pursued us in collections after and then in court. A nightmare from start to finish. If I could give them zero stars I would. My recommendation would be to call someone else. (anyone)

We have been using them since 2003. They are very reliable, they call before the come, and they will always work you into their schedule. I am very happy with them. They give you a free estimate before they start and they are always honest with you.

The office staff were very professional and the plumber showed up on time and called us 45 minutes before they arrived. We explained that there might be a leak under the dishwasher; however we were not sure. The plumber never looked under the dishwasher. The plumber replaced some pipes under the sink that did not have a leak; However the pipes did need replacing but were not part of the problem we reported. The pipes replaced could not have cost more than 50 dollars. The plumber did quote us 800 dollars for work that we assumed would fix the problem; however he spent 2 hours replacing the pipes that were not part of the problem. Its unclear to us if he fixed another leak that I am not aware of; however since the problem still exists; I am not sure if he really fixed any leak. The plumber did note that there may be a bigger problem somewhere else in the pipeline. My personal opinion is two hours of work and less than 50 dollar of supplies should not equate to 800 dollars in service. What the service should have done is charge us a estimate fee to fix the problem we called about and not the pipes that were old and loose (but were not part of the problem). The plumber lead on to believe the problem would be solved after his work was completed. Its not.

JUST A LOUSY EXPERIENCE. I COMPLAINED TO THE BBB, BUT TO KNOW AVAIL.

A leaking angle stop flooded my bathroom. They replaced the stops and put me in contact with a company to repair the water damage. The work was done quickly, competently, professionally and expensively. I later had all the remaining 7 angle stops replaced in my house by another plumber for less than half the price. But My Plumber was available and promises to be available immediately, and for an emergency repair I'm willing to pay the price. I have used My Plumber on 2 other jobs where time and expertise were critical, and they did the job well each time. On projects you can plan in advance, they may not be the best choice, but when you need work done immediately, they can come through. And they're a big company that can draw on experts for complicated projects than individuals plumbers may not be able to handle.

Service request handled promptly. Installer was quick and efficient. However, we were not consulted on possible brand preferences. Comparing prices after the fact we found this plumber to be relatively expensive.

REPAIRMAN CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND REPAIRED WHAT HE COULD, TO LESSEN THE COST, AND REPLACED WHAT WAS REQUIRED. HAD SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE THE WATER HEATER LAST LONGER. KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND FAST WORKER.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. HOWEVER THEIR PRICES WERE EXTREMELY HIGH, AND HE TRIED TO TALK ME INTO A MUCH HIGHER SERVICE THAN I ACTUALLY NEEDED. TWO DAYS LATER THE SAME TOILET WAS LEAKING AGAIN. I CALLED A LOCAL PLUMBER THAT ENDED UP BEING MUCH CHEAPER AND THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THE TOILET HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE.

THE WORKMEN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. ARRIVED AT PROMISED TIME. COMPLETED WORK WITHIN TIME PROMISED AND DID A GREAT JOB.
