+ -1 moreDo not use this business. Very unreliable. David Eastley will show up very late, or not at all. Very angry person, with a condescending attitude. I have no idea how he is still in business. Avoid.

+ -1 moreDave Eastley advertised several used washer dryers on Craigslist. He was quick to answer my text to sell me a used washer and dryer. He guaranteed they were in good working condition and free repair for 90 days. I paid cash and he said he would email a receipt since I need it for tax purposes. He refused and still has not sent it. A week later the dryer stopped heating up and does not dry clothes. He also neglected to tell me the washer had a large dent, as if it had been dropped on the front of it. He brushed it off as it was nothing and got irritated with me that I brought it up.
Description of Work: I contacted Dave Eastley multiple times over a months time and he at first replied and said he would be out and eventually scheduled a day/time. He was a now show. We reschedule and he was 3 hours late so I called and he said he was on his way. Needless to say he now refuses to take my calls or answer any texts. He has an F rating on BBB and 2 unanswered complaints against him for the same reason. 1 complaint says a used dryer he sold caught fire and he never responded! This guy is a scam artist

Description of Work: Prompt service. We had made arrangements to purchase a washer and a gas dryer. At the last minute we discovered the dryer we needed should be electric. He switched them out no problem. He also removed the original units plus two additional units saving us a run to the dump. I gave a C for quality only because these were used appliances. Price was very fair.

+ -1 moreHe worked quickly and efficiently. Instead of at least a $300 estimate that that other companies had given me he did the work for $125.
Description of Work: I contacted My House Store because I had received other estimates and diagnosis for my washer that was not working and wanted their opinion. They sent a guy out to look at my washer. The man explained that the diagnosis that other companies had given me was incorrect. He took the washer back to their ware house and diagnosed the correct problem and fixed the situation. Within two hours he had fixed the problem and returned my washer back to me.
