Bottom line: They did an amazing job on the carpets and flooring. I would use them again. The results they achieved with cheap 12 year old beige carpet that had never been cleaned was astonishing. The carpet in some rooms looked brand new. They even removed a mystery stain that was there when I moved in. There were a couple small areas in one room that were still a little dirty, but they turned a carpet so dirty it looked grey back into a beige carpet that looked just a little dirty. Absolutely NO ONE could have done any better. There was also a small stain that came back up elsewhere, but they provide a 30 day guarantee. They did good work on the linoleum floors too. Those looked better than when I moved in. My former land lady was also impressed with their work. They were a large part of the reason that I got my entire deposit back. They were responsive and I got an appointment pretty quickly. They showed up on time, gave a verbal quote broken out into rooms, stairs and linoleum floors and let me decide what exactly I wanted done. They called about 30-45 mins before they were finished which gave me plenty of time to return to the house. My only small nit is that I was initially confused about which company showed up to clean the floors. Their white van is unmarked and only one member was wearing a polo shirt with the company's logo. The first person who spoke with me was wearing a different company's logo.

Went well all done right and in timely and professional manner

The charges for the extra small rooms were high, and the cost for the small stairway was prohibitive. We paid for the extra small area and skipped the stairs. If I pointed out a spot on the carpet here and there, instead of pre-spraying them, they quickly informed me it would cost extra for spot treatment. It became an unusual and unprofessional experience. Please note: I already did this review months ago. This is a duplicate.

OK, nothing special. Carpet looked better but it took a LONG time to dry.

I canceled when I did not hear from Zeke and over an hour had gone by since the time of the appointment. I got another company that I knew to do the job.

Very well. The gentleman that came to the house were courteous and did a very good job.

Overall, pretty good...the only issue was that he was about an hour late but in calling him, he did indicate that would be the case.

He was very responsive and showed up the same day. He gave me a quote beforehand, carried out the task quickly and was very polite and efficient. The end result also looks good.

Standard carpet cleaning, chemicals seemed a bit harsh on the carpet which left the carpet extremely dry. Otherwise, great service and satisfactory results.

Very pleased. Josiah listened to scope and offered his thoughts and suggestions without any strongarm upselling. On the contrary: he discussed ways to optimize the time that both he and his assistant Jesus were available. I was very pleased with the end product for all effort. I also want to mention that at one point I was distracted and unable to give Jesus direction at a point when he needed it. Instead of standing around waiting for me, he swept and cleaned an area of my yard that was in obvious need of this. I was quite pleasantly surprised. In addition to the services, I just generally liked the personalities of both Josiah and Jesus. Both were pleasant and unassuming. This makes a business transaction feel that much better. I plan to hire them again, even outside of the Angieslist coupon/deal.

Zeke got lots of "old dog" set-in urine stains out of the carpet with his pretreatment. No odor now either. Would be good to know that that would be extra $, but well worth it. Thanks Zeke!

Zeke was very nice and responsive, as well as being on time and coming out a second time after I complained that the cleaning was not thorough. Zeke charged me $20 X 2 (for 2 rooms) over the $65 fee I paid for 3 rooms for a "special spray" to help with spotting on the carpet; this fee was in addition to what I paid and the spray was ineffectual. My carpet is only about 5 years old and the job should have shown much better results.

Looked okay when he left, but some of the stains came back into view after drying...which took over 2 days to dry Would not use him again. Would be okay for slightly dirty carpet, but I should have read the deal better and made sure that a truck mounted professional cleaning machine was being used.

The job was performed with attention to detail and very thorough. His method of using the roto brush appears far superior than carpet cleaners that use steam and vacuum equipment.

Zeke got here late but he called to say he was running behind so it was okay. He got straight to work, he was fast and thorough from what we can see. He handed me a business card and I gave him one for tax preparation for January and a couple extras for people he knows. He was a very nice young man.

Zeke was on time and was professional. He cleaned and sanitized both rooms. He used a pre-treatment solution on the stains. All of the stains did not come out, but the carpets are both clean and sanitized now. He did a great job and we will use his services again.

Zeke came out for our scheduled appointment and he was on time. He came to my parents house and had to pre-treat numerous pet stains from 2 rooms. He did a very thorough job. Not all of the stains came out, but the carpets are now clean and sanitized and they smell great and look great. Zeke is very professional , hard working and trust worthy. This was our second time using him and we will definitely use his services again.
