They did a really good job and I can say that the service was extremely effective. The technicians were very nice to work with and they were very neat while getting the work done.

Helix Pest Control is very efficient. They bent over backward in a lot of ways and were really helpful in all areas. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to everyone because they are top notch.

The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Steve is the co-owner of Mt Helix and came to do the inspection himself. He is an expert and noticed areas that Lloyd Pest Control and Agricultural Pest Services had not detected. He even taught us how to look for subtle evidence ourselves. He told us that both fumigation and local treatment would be good options for us. He did not pressure us into the more expensive option. They contract out with a good local company for fumigation, but do the local treatment themselves. On the appointed day, Steve and his partner Rob arrived on time to apply the local treatment. They had to drill some holes inside the house to apply products, but they were very careful and tidy. We will not even need to repaint the drilled wood. They were polite and good humored throughout. This is a quiet time of year for them, so it was great to see the boss doing the treatment himself. Highly recommended. We will definitely call them for fumigation if needed.

The owner and his crew were very professional. They answered all our questions...even though my Mom can be very long winded!! They took extra care not to damage any landscaping. The crew was cordial as well. They even treated areas that they found that were missed on the initial inspection. We would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to use the tenting method in thier home.

Arrived on time and did treatment of yard and base of house. Does not take credit cards, but sent an invoice shortly after treatment was completed.

The personnel at Mt Helix are knowledgeable, accommodating and thoroughly professional. Every owner in our 36-unit condo complex is enthusiastic about the service they have received. Best of all, the cost has been only a fraction of what we had been paying other larger and better-known companies. We recommend them without reserve.

HELIX AGAIN, AND PROBABLY WILL DO SO IN ANOTHER NINE AND ONE-HALF YEARS WHEN TREATMENT IS NEEDED AGAIN. TRULY A QUALITY COMPANY.

THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED BY A KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEE, I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS STEVE, WHO CALLED BEFORE HE ARRIVED AND SHOWED UP AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL ALL THE STEPS HE WAS TAKING IN HIS SEARCH FOR TERMITES.

LARRY, THE EXTERMINATOR, WAS ON TIME AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. NOT ONLY DID HE TREAT THE PROBLEM, BUT HE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE TO CONTROL THE PROBLEM.

RODENT CONTROL IN GARAGE. CAME OVER IMMEDIATELY AND SET UP TRAPS. WONDERFUL PEOPLE.
