Was initially skeptical when estimate was reduced $600 within minutes of it being made, but that first impression was wiped away by execution and quality work. They arrived on time each day and immediately got to work. They moved or covered any items that might be affected by powerwashing or powerpainting. Great care is taken not to mark the ground or anything (patio furniture, grills, plants, pots, etc.) adjacent to the painted area. Any hardware (door knobs, house numbers, external speakers, etc.) they removed they replaced as they found - better in the case of the speakers, because they painted them too. I was surprised at the quality and number of repairs these guys did. Stucco patching and termite damaged wood was replaced in very professional fashion and looked like new. Any wood gaps were sealed to prevent water intrusion. These guys really paid attention to the details and did high quality work. I was impressed and wholeheartedly recommend them.
