+ 6 moreWhile we were at work a cap busted of an active water pipe and flooded our entire house. As you can imagine it was a very stressful and difficult time for my family. From the start I found Moniko Construction and Remodeling very professional. Oscar, my project manager, was very patient in going over expectations, materials, process, and answering any questions. I found Oscar’s team to be very professional, used quality materials, and the fit, finish, and overall quality was excellent. My place got dusty (to be expected) but otherwise they cleaned up after themselves. They stuck closely to a schedule and the entire project was done in just over one month. I would definitely work with Moniko Construction and Remodeling again.
Description of Work: All flooring in my house had to be replaced, drywall replaced and walls painted, cabinets in kitchen and bathroom and to be removed and either dried out or rebuilt.
