They do a nice job and show up on time. I've used them for years.

Good. I checked on their work while they were cleaning, but not as thorough as I would have liked. I should have had a list and checked off everything. A drawer or two wasn't cleaned, tops and bottoms of shelves, the floor and counter tops dried sticky. Little things that add up

Spring cleaning was very thorough and great attention to detail. I'm having them come back on a monthly basis I was so happy with the work they did.

They didn't do such a great job like you would want to really recommend them. They were okay.

We had thought that there was gonna be two people coming and three people came instead, and that other person was working just a little too fast for what we had things arranged because we were moving out of the place. So we would have been much better off with the two persons. In fact they had to come back later to do stuff. I didn't deal with them that much; my wife did more of that, so I can't really add that much. They seemed nice and everything and I think the work turned out pretty good. I wasn't there. It looked clean, so I thought it was clean. They were pretty responsive. Their punctuality was pretty good too.

They were fine. They were on time. It was good. There was no furniture so it was dusting, mopping, and cleaning out. It was what I asked for. It wasn't extraordinary or anything. It was fine. I had checked other prices. They were good about responsiveness. They were early.

I was very comfortable having the two ladies clean my home. They worked hard cleaning every room including the bathrooms. I was impressed the ladies also dusted the shutters, shelves, and counters, vacuumed and cleaned my wood floors and tiles in my living room and kitchen and cleaned all the mirrors in the bathroom. The kitchen and the microwave looks great. They worked well as a team. I am very pleased and would like to have them come again.

House cleaning. They were punctual, polite and did a reasonably good job throughout. I had to call them back to the house to clean a glass door they missed. One of the crew broke a coat hook in a bathroom, but would not admit to it. I was offered a replacement by a supervisor later. The same crew member was somewhat rough with items in the kitchen, etc.

4 hours was not enough time to clean my entire 2000 sq ft house, however the team allowed me to prioritize areas to clean for a work party I was hosting. My spanish is very limited, so Molly Maid's policy of always having one person on the service team speak english is very important for me (not necessarily "fluent" but enough to not struggle too much for communication.) All bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom (including light bulbs), shelves dusted, furniture vacuumed or wiped down, kitchen sink and counters cleaned, carpets vacuumed and edged, and tile floors mopped. A supervisor came out to check up on the service and (at my request) provided me with an estimate for on-going weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. I chose bi-weekly and am still using the service 6 months later. Early in my on-going service, I had a few small issues (inconsistent scheduling and a promised recurring service team that kept changing) that caused me to contact the local manager. He listened to my concerns and all problems were resolved by the next visit. The ONLY complaint my family has had is that their things on the bathroom counters are often not put back in the same place (a very small price to pay to have clean counters, in my view!)

The ladies, Martha and Karina, showed up on time and ready to work. After a quick run down of what I needed done, they got to work and, now only did what I had requested, but did more. Definitely would use them again.

It was okay. Nothing stood out, they just did their job.

Was given estimate 2 workers for 3-4 hours ~$250 ($42.50/hr/worker). Two workers arrived at ~ 2 pm. and a third arrived 15-20 minutes later. They all finished at ~ 4 pm. I was given a bill for $340 and indicated that was incorrect. They did not speak English well so I called the number on the receipt. Since I got a voice mail, I asked them if there was another number I could call and then gave me one for "Susanna". After explaining my concern, she agreed that I was overcharged and lowered the amount to $298 based on the 2 workers saying they arrived at 1:50 pm and the third ~ 2:15pm and completion at 4:18 (current time as I spoke with her). I disputed the arrival times and indicated they were done at ~ 4 pm and the 15 minutes they stayed while I tried to reach someone about the bill should not be part of the charges to me. Eventually she agreed to $255 but I was very unhappy with the process.

I really like the way they clean. They have wonderful personalities and are very cheerful.

Decent job. It's a 2100 sq ft home which is a lot for two people to clean. They did pretty well but I was disappointed in their inability to clean under the kitchen sink and remove some sticky residue in the pantry. I cleaned both areas myself with 'KaBoom' and was able to completely remove the sticky stuff and restore the liner under the sink to a bright white condition. I expected the pros to have as good or better cleaning products than I. This wasn't a terrible problem but I do wish I didn't tip since the purpose of hiring them was to allow me to do other things as I moved out.

We moved to a new house they cleaned and sanitized bathrooms and kitchen and family room. The house was dirty; they did an awesome job . They were early , pleasant and hard working ! Scheduling was made easy thanks to Suzy.

She thought they did a good job and told me that she would use them again.

It turned out very well. They did a great job. They did what they said they are going to do and it was very thorough. We were just over all pleased. It was a move out and it did turn out real well.

They were timely and professional. After the first cleaning a supervisor came and checked on their work (and the cleaning staff had already asked me to take a look around and let them know if I saw anything they missed or that needed more attention). The supervisor checked all rooms, running her hand along surfaces such as lamps to check for dust.

The ladies did a careful and thorough job of cleaning every part of a cluttered home. I would use them again. The price was higher than the deal because of the square footage and amount of time to move things to be able to clean behind, under, etc. Well worth it! They were very careful to not let my cats out and were on time.

Phone responder was unable to estimate the length of time required. Wanted a time commitment from me. I would assume they knew their business better than a customer. I will think twice before considering them again. I have two rentals in San Diego and one in Iowa

It was not as good as we expected. We had to call them back because they were not thorough and part of the house was not totally clean. They came back as agreed but they charged for us for over time. At the beginning, they said it would be three hours and then they said the time was not enough and they added on hour, for which I paid $85. I was not quite satisfied the first time, so my husband called them back and the second time, they did a good job and they charged us for an hour and a half’s extra money to finally get the house cleaned. They had a very good attitude and the job was huge. It was maybe because they had sent a new employees and it was overwhelming for them, so they had to redo it. The cleaned the upstairs pretty well and the downstairs were not satisfactory. They did make it up when they came, so they did a good job the second time. Besides the coupon, the first time we paid $85 and $40 more the second time.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Molly Maids. From the moment I purchased the 3-hour cleaning special listed on Angie's list, I was contacted right away and was able to get an appointment for the exact day/time I needed. Two very nice woman arrived promptly at my house on the day of service. They were hard-working and friendly. I paid for a 3-hour cleaning, however it took 4 1/2 hours for them to clean. Consequently, I was charged almost $100 extra for my service because they took longer. My only advice would be to discuss having a time limit. I wish they would've come to me when the 3 hours were over and said "would you like me to continue cleaning or stop now." Then they could've explained the extra charge for each 15 minute increment they go over. Like stated before, they did a good job and were very diligent, but an hour and a half over the time seems a little much. UPDATE: I received a pleasant phone call from the owner, Arturo, to personally apologize for not contacting me to approve the extra hours. He said that I won't be charged for the extra time since the procedures weren't followed. I am very appreciative for his great service. I'm very impressed with this Molly Maids franchise! I will definitely use them again, and refer all my friends and family.

The cleaners were polite and professional. They were hard workers.
