The job went very well and took about 5 hours. This was the first cleaning since the blinds were new about 6 years ago. One of the Luminettes was especially dirty due to us havinbg the window open a couple of years ago when dusty construction was going on nearby. We did not expect much on that blind, but it looks practically new now. The price seems high at first, but considering to replace all of the blinds would cost about $7000 it is a good investment to make them last longer.

I found this company on Angie's List. They came out the next day and gave us an estimate for 5 sets of sheer draperies. Very prompt, courteouse and thorough. The appointment to clean was set for 4 days later. They came to the house, removed the sheers, took them to their shop to be cleaned. Express returned the same day and rehung the sheers. All the rods were repaired. Everything looks great. This is one of the best services we have used in many years. Definitely will call them again to clean our other draperies.

I contacted Boris Liokumovich, the owner of the company, after reading all of his reviews on Angie's list. He came to my house, explained about his unique method of cleaning and gave me a firm bid on cleaning my custom drapes. The actual cleaning is performed in truck equiped with a "dry" cleaning machine, a sewing machine and related tools. On the appointment day his very experienced crew came to my house and moved the drapes to their truck. A few hours later they re-installed the drapes and cornices. My cornices are of an unusual design but they knew just how to install them. They also fixed the pull mechanism so opening the drapes is much easier now. My drapes now look just like new. I am amazed by the process and how effective it is. The drapes do not have a chemical odor and the process, from my first contact with Boris to completion of the work was perfect. I had put off having my drapes cleaned because of concerns about the drapes being ruined plus the lack of privacy without drapes for a number of days. Neither of those problems are an issue with Onsite Cleaning.

They were good. They were able to schedule me promptly and they got the work done. The price may be a little pricey but they get the job done and do it fast, and you have to expect to pay more for the convenience of having someone come to your house instead of taking them in.

We had the interior of the house painted and were replacing all the window treatments, except these shades. Onsite Cleaning came and gave us an estimate and then when we scheduled the work, they worked with us to schedule the cleaning around the painting that was still going on. It all turned out great and the shades look as clean as new!

Boris arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate for my job. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and gave me confidence that the custom drapery treatments could be dismantled, cleaned, re-assembled and installed exactly as they appeared when removed. My window treatments are not on traditional rods and are designed to accommodate the angles of the crown moulding, etc., so the task of cleaning and re-installing them was quite labor intensive. As I learned, cleaning Silhouette shades is also very labor intensive. During the two days it took to complete the job, Boris's crew of three men arrived on time each day and were careful to protect floors and furniture as necessary. All of the treatments being cleaned are white and, in addition to the usual accumulation of dust, had black residue of smoke and soot from last October's wildfires. When the job was finished every item was clean, white and smelling fresh again. Even mildew on the back side of the Luminette was successfully removed. All work was completed at my home using their equipment and supplies.

BORIS, THE REP. OF THE CO. WAS PUNCTUAL, VERY INFORMATIVE. THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE WINDOW BLINDS LOOKED AS NEW. IT WAS NOT CHEAP, BUT GOOD THINGS USUALLY ARE NOT. WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO CLEAN OUR SOFAS.
