Mission Restoration

We were contacted by Ali Shojai. He is very unprofessional. I basically did most of his work. He told me he was so busy that I should "reach out" to his team to get the job completed. He was not forthright with his billing. Very anxious to get paid!

It was a logistical nightmare. I had to coordinate the work myself instead of our project manager. The workmanship was good.

John Berger from the company came to assess the damage and said he would be in contact within a few days. NOTHING happened. I had to call the office 4 times over the span of the following *2* weeks of radio silence in order to talk to someone. I finally talked with Tony who farmed out my project to another contractor. This second contractor contacted me today to try and rush the project- I suspect he needs the work. I have not received any report or estimate from the company. I was not made to sign anything as far as i know that locks me in, or if I did, I did not receive a copy of it telling me so. This is not ANY part reassuring that my work will be done in time or to spec or even to cost estimate since I have not received any estimate from them, other than the damage report estimate from my insurance assessor.

DAN ROYS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE WORKERS WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE INSURANCE CLAIMS ADJUSTER INDICATED THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE.
