+ -1 moreSALESMAN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DID SOME COMPARISON ON OTHER TV'S TO SHOW ME. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH, I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE SONY. THE TECHNICIANS CAME OUT AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD TV AND HOOKED UP MY BRAND NEW TV IN THE FAMILY ROOM.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 32' SONY COLOR TV. ALSO PURCHASED A SONY STAND TO GO WITH IT. LOOKED AROUND AT OTHER BRANDS, BUT SONY HAD THE BEST COLOR AND VISUAL OUTPUT BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COMPETITOR.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE HOME THEATER SYSTEM AROUND, PRICE-MATCHING ANY OF THE ADS THAT WERE ADVERTISED. THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED. LATER, THEY DID MORE FINE-TUNING ADJUSTMENTS TO GET THE COLOR JUST RIGHT. THEY ALSO PROVIDED TRAINING ON HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A 48' MITSUBISHI WS-48511 PLATINUM TV. HOOKED UP ALL CABLES AND ALL OTHER STEREO COMPONENTS TO MAKE IT A COMPLETE SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM. HAULED AWAY THE NON-WORKING TV.
