Description of Work: Replaced the shower, the toilet, the light and sink fixtures, and put in new tile. They were very nice people to work with and did a great job.

Description of Work: Called them to schedule an appt. They require that you go into their showroom first to select materials. This seemed to me to be a sales ploy. Most of the other companies will at least come to the house to see the project. The receptionist was polite and apologetic so I don't want to ding them too hard. But she wouldn't even have a salesman call me back -- it's their way or the highway.

That is definitely not our policy and I will make sure to talk with everyone in the office about it. You are correct that we invite clients into our showroom when they’re first starting the remodeling process. We find it to be a valuable tool for Homeowners because we have full size bath and kitchen displays to look at so you can see the products we use and the quality of our workmanship. Remodeling a home can be a lot like buying a new car - sometimes it’s important to “kick the tires” to see what you like. However, we are definitely not a high pressure sales company, which all of our customers really appreciate. We use our showroom to educate as well as to get a better idea of what our clients want their homes to look like when we’re done.
