 + -1 moreI called and had an appt. within that same morning it actually came early. Pleasant, clearly knowledgeable about his trade with 20 years experience and willing to answer questions. He provided 2 numbered keys with the re-keying and I paid for 3 copies made in his truck. By the way, the copies work flawlessly (vs. others I have made in past at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc.) While the latches were re-installed slightly different, everything works great.
Description of Work: Had 3 locks re-keyed for residential home. Had 5 keys made.

 + -1 moreGood experience. Owner ''has been doing this for 23 years.'' Work done well on both locks. I was going to have him do a front french door lock replacement too, but he cautioned me that I should have a carpenter drill that hole because it was a custom solid wood door. Others would drill it, he told me, but there's a good chance it will splinter if it's not done just so. So I appreciate that advice from him.
Description of Work: Two new locks were installed in home with deadbolts. Holes for the deadbolts were drilled. I provided the locks - he provided the installation.

 + -1 moreMIRA MESA LOCK & KEY REALLY HELPED ME OUT OF A JAM. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT IN LESS THAN A HALF AN HOUR TO WHERE I WORK. IF I NEED TO I WILL USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
