 + 11 moreMike Palladino of Milestone did a great job, performing most of the work himself and coordinating with other trades people when necessary. We were thousands of miles away at our longtime home in the Midwest and were also consulting an interior designer there, but Mike worked well with us and the designer and kept us well-informed about what was happening. We sent him pictures and information about items we wanted included, consulted with him if there was a problem getting those items in a timely manner and he emailed us information and pictures nearly every day showing us the progress. Once we arrived and moved in, we were extremely pleased with the transformation that he performed in our vision. And we have been especially pleased with his willingness after completion of the contract to return in a timely manner to handle a few additional needs that arose to fine tune the project.
Description of Work: Popcorn ceiling removed and new surface textured; all walls (including those inside cabinets and closets) painted; ceiling textured and painted, including replacing electrical outlets and light switches and air vents on the walls; floor tile installed in kitchen, around fireplace and in all halls and both bathrooms, replaced carpet in living room, new baseboard installed in areas where new flooring was put in; replaced both toilets, replace sink, fixtures and vanity in smaller bathroom; five light fixtures removed and replaced, including one that was a fan combination and two with arrays of can lights; new kitchen sink and tile around it replaced; new disposal installed and new plumbing between disposal and dishwasher
