+ -1 moreIt went very well! Mike answered my call & made an appointment to come over the next day. He arrived on time, we went through a brief walkthrough & he started immediatley. Took most of the day to complete the job but he was careful & did a good job on everything!
Description of Work: Resized front door, put on new locks, recaulked kitchen sink & bathroom shower, installed new bathroom fixtures, propped up fence which was causing the door not to close well & put on new latch

+ -1 moreMike was very efficient and did a great job. He came prepared with picture hangars, ladder and tools. He is very personable, clearly wanted to do a job that pleased me and did so. I highly recommend him and will call him back again for future jobs.

+ 0 moreMike was pleasant, on time, and went out of his way to advise me on the least expensive way to do this fencing repair and to handle any future work that I would like to have done. I will absolutely call him for any future jobs that I cannot handle on my own.
Description of Work: Requested that Mike come out and estimate a fence repair or replacement. Even though I am out of his normal service area, he came, saw prior repairs I had done, and advised me on exactly how to repair the fence myself, saving me 300% of the cost of his repair. He did give me a price which I thought was very reasonable if I chose to have him do that job or couldn't manage it after I had started. Mike even said I could give him a call for advice. He also said that if I had other handyman jobs to group them and he would come to do them for an hourly rate.

+ -1 moreMr. Sullivan provided excellent service. He was prompt, reliable, and the quality of the work was top notch. He consulted us throughout the process with regard to design issues, so the fence ended up being just what we wanted. We recommend him highly for custom fencing or for other handyman work.
Description of Work: Mr. Sullivan helped build a fence around our home. Part was a picket fence, and part was a security fence. He also did a number of other small handyman jobs, all to our complete satisfaction.
