+ -1 moreI could believe how fast he was. I asked him to come and finish the house. I didn't originally contract him to do all the house, and for $700 dollars he was coming day after day until he finished the house. He does interior and exterior painting. He was roofing and other things. She just is extremely good. He's a self taught painter. What really killed me is he taught himself how to do all this and he does it so freaking good.He removed the wallpaper without affecting the dry wall. You would never know that it was ever there. Thats how good he did it. He is so fast. I highly recommend him for Angie's list. I would recommend him to anybody any day of the week. You can leave a message on he's cell and he will call you back. If you saw my house you wouldn't believe it. He painted orange which requires several coats in one day and he was done by 3 by the way. He started at 9 O'clock, he wanted to start earlier but I wouldn't let him.
Description of Work: He came in the first time all by himself, painted my stairwell, my front hallway, my family room, both my upstairs bathrooms. He did this in four days. He also did dry wall cracks, I had a lot of them.As well as the painting in the ceiling. It was interior work. He checked my roof for any leaks. He put oft wallpaper in my bathroom. Description of Work: Miguel and his son Juan have cared for our property for 10 years. The extensive yard is an acre including 600 feet of hedges, large grass areas and many bushes and trees. They have NEVER failed to promptly appear on Thursday to spend the better part of the day performing the tasks needed to mailtain the yard in perfect condition. They bid the job at $400 per month but after less than a year we were so appreciative of them and their work that we raised it to $500.
