Description of Work: We found the tile we were looking for at their showroom. Made in Italy, the tile was expensive but made the Home Depot equivalent look like garbage. The installation went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. No complaints.

+ -1 moreI did not buy carpet from this company due to the pushy sales pitch. They do not let you take samples home. The sales person will only bring samples to your house when they come out to measure! The sales person became ''huffy'' when we told her that we don't make any impulse decisions and without samples we could not accept her ''great deal''.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR VERY LARGE CARPET SHOWROOM AND I REALLY LIKED THE SALESMAN. HE PUT ME AT EASE AND WAS VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND MY TASTES. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED TAKING OUT OUR OLD CARPET OURSELVES IN ORDER TO SAVE SOME MONEY. HE RECOMMENDED AN EXTRA PLUSH PADDING UNDERNEATH THE CARPET, WHICH HAS BEEN THE ENVY OF ALL OF OUR FRIENDS. EVERYONE WHO STEPS ON OUR CARPET COMMENTS ABOUT HOW SOFT IT IS! THE WORKMEN ON THE DAY HAD A VERY HUGE TASK TO MATCH THE PATTERNED CARPET IN THE SITTING ROOM - WHICH WAS SO LARGE THAT IT NEEDED A SEAM. THEY ALSO HAD TO PATTERN MATCH THE ENTIRE STAIRWAY! WHAT AN ENORMOUS CHALLENGE. BUT AS PROMISED BY THE SALESMAN, HE SENT HIS BEST INSTALLER WHO HAD BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS AND THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY. IT LOOKS AMAZING AND WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE RESULT. THE WORKMEN WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS.
Description of Work: HAD NEW CARPET INSTALLED IN OUR DOWNSTAIRS SITTING ROOM, ENTIRE UPSTAIRS (4 BEDROOMS) AND STAIRWAY. TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CARPET - THE STAIRS AND SITTING ROOM WERE THE SAME BOLD PATTERNED PRINT WITH THE UPSTAIRS LANDING AND BEDROOMS BEING A PLUSH SOLID.
