They did an excellent job on the cement work. Their cleanup needs some improvement. A broken sprinkler and threw a hose on some plants in the front yard but nothing major. Overall they did a good job and finished it in 6 days. I would definitely recommend them.

I have worked with contractors before, and many times with work in progress,workers would be late or not show up, so I relied on the Mendez Construction Reviews. I was very pleased with the work and the outcome. i have gotten many compliments on the way the drive way, the pathways and the steps and porch . Jesse was there every day to make sure everything was going as scheduled.

We were very pleased with all the work Mendez Construction did for us. The entire crew was friendly and professional. They got it completed in a timely way.
Description of Work: We had Jaime and his team prepare and pour a 940 sf resident parking area. To do this he had to remove dirt according to 5" thickness elevation for driveway concrete. He used 1/2 rebar 18 x 18" each way. They also built forms with 2x6s for the concrete. We added a stem wall which looks great. They broom finished driveway and slopped it to the street curb.

They were always on time and kept to an aggressive schedule. The quality of the work exceeded expectations. They did an excellent job of match the style of the rest of the patio. The blend to the old part was better than we had hoped.

Due to an error on my e-mail address I was unable to get estimate for driveway. His follow up after finding out about this issue has revised my opinion, in fact he drove to my house again, with estimate in hand to correct this issue. So I find his company very reliable.
