Mega Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

This company is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. I have a 20+ year old white Berber carpet that has seen a lot of wear and tear and has multiple stains. Let's face it, I need a new carpet. But Gerardo and Pablo were able to remove almost all of my stains and the ones they couldn't fully remove they significantly lightened. No other carpet cleaner has been able to completely remove these same stains either and they cost a lot more money! Gerardo and Pablo were very punctual, professional and flexible. When they arrived, I added several more areas and items to clean and they worked them in effortlessly. Plus, the cost is significantly below what I was used to paying in the past. My carpet looks like it got a "carpet-lift." I'll will definitely use this company again! I also like the fact that this a family-owned business and will recommend them to others.

The whole Rojas family has been a joy to deal with, starting with courteous phone call making the appointment with Sylvia over the phone (and also was responsive when I needed to change the appt date) all the way through the actual cleaning with Gerardo and Pablo on site. They were very professional and efficient in their work and everything came out very clean. I also like the way their solution smells, not such a heavy chemical smell that lingers from other carpet cleaning solutions. They were very receptive to my requests regarding shoe covers/taking off their shoes because we don't wear shoes in our home and also being especially careful around my sensitive home theater/audio gear. I think anyone can agree talking to Gerardo that he runs a honest family business that prides themselves on service and quality. The great pricing is just icing on the cake. Great! My carpets looked wonderful and the chairs looked great, I just have to keep my husband off them! This is the third time I've used Gerardo and he's bringing his son into the business so it's a very nice family. I always take everything off the floor and use my Kirby to vacuum the floors before they arrive to speed things up and it goes very fast.

This company is the best I've ever used to clean carpets. He was punctual, quick and didn't use the super noisy hose connected to a truck, everything was done within an hour or so. The carpets dried super fast and they look amazing. I would recommend Mega Dry to anyone!!!

Gerardo is a miracle worker! We had two stains in particular that were almost black. We never thought they would come out. Gerardo worked on them until they did. There were some other stains that were from pet accidents. The carpet looks amazing!! We had hired Mega Dry to clean another home about two weeks earlier and I did not have a chance to post a review. In that home, he and his son cleaned several area rugs and the upholstery on two La-Z-Boy recliners, in addition to three bedroom areas. Based on the terrific job they did, we had them do the carpet in the home reviewed above. Very fairly priced and Gerardo is as pleasant as they come. He arrived within the timeframe promised and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very quick but extremely thorough, and the carpets really did dry quickly! Would heartily recommend Mega Dry to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Gerardo was able to come next day, which I requested since I didn't want to vomit stain to set in for too long. He did a test first to see if the stain would respond, and it did. The chair looks better than it has looked in two years and the couch appearance is significantly improved. I have two young children, so the stains have been slowly accumulating on the chair and sofa. With the vomit incident, I decided it was time to have both professionally cleaned. I will most definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with. He is very responsive and responsible. Another service had been called to remediate trhe results of a toilet flooding, but the other company had done handled the job appropriately. Gerardo and his son handled the problem professionally and reasonably, and even came back for a minimal charge when the toilet flooded again.

They are a great team. On time and finished in a couple of hours. The carpets are already dry and look terrific. They got out every stain and spot. The couch and love seat were very dirty and they look brand new. I will call them again and again.

Gerardo was fantastic cleaning out white carpet. He did not get it too wet and it dried in several hours. He was even able to brighten edges that other carpet cleaners couldn't get clean. He was in and out cleaning 3 very large rooms and another 2 doorways in less than 3 hours. Very courteous and pleasant and was honest that he didn't feel comfortable cleaning a bath's tile grout which I was very impressed he would admit it ahead of time.

I am very please with the work done by Mega Dry. They were punctual and professional. They cleaned our family room which included an extremely high traffic area. They managed to remove all of the spots from the entire area and lighten the high traffic area considerably (I think it would have taken an act of wizardry to completely clean this portion). We are very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

Mega-Dry cleaned all carpet in the house before we moved in. They were very conscientious about their arrival time and their work. We were not present but they called when they could not remove a few marks after repeated attempts (which I do not think are removable). They were very concerned about their work and locking the house afterwards. When we arrived, we found well cleaned carpets and no residual mess.

They came out and gave me an estimate along with a type of cleaning they offer. They don't steam clean like others. They use solution to treat and use buffer to gently take off/absorbs dirt/stains. Unlike steam cleaning which takes up to 6hrs and dries in 12hrs, the buffer method only took 2hrs and dried right away. We have two boys and no pets, so it wasn't super dirty but didn't carpet clean for 7.5yrs. Our carpet looks like brand new and all stains (coffee, wine and strong dirt) are gone. They are definitely coming back next time we need the service!

Mega-Dry responded to my inquiry about the service I requested immediately. They offered to come out and provide an estimate, and could do the job right then if I was pleased with the quote. The owner Mr Rojas was punctual and I was comfortable with the quote. Mr Rojas did an outstanding job, working very hard for the entire time. I was exceptionally pleased with the results and would highly recommend Mega-Dry. I rarely write an online review, but Mega-Dry is well deserving!

Seriously, this was the easiest task I've ever scheduled. This family run business is awesome. Sylvia answered all my questions and set the appointment. She let me know exactly what was expected before the cleaners arrived at my house. Gerardo arrived on time and thoroughly explained the cleaning process and then went right to work. My carpets haven't been professionally cleaned since 2003 yet Gerardo brought life back to them. I had an ink cartridge explode on the carpet and even though I wasn't expecting it to be removed, Gerardo was able to at least get it to fade. On a side note, I had a mix up on getting a new alarm installed and they arrived while my carpets were being cleaned and Gerardo didn't miss a beat. I felt bad but Gerardo politely accepted my apology. I highly recommend Mega Dry. I know I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Sylvia and Gerardo.

The technique the use does not clean your carpets and it is NOT a dry type of cleaning. Carpets are still wet for at least 3 hours. Wet carpets were not the problem. The problem is that this type of cleaning does not actually clean your carpets. It removes only a small amount of dirt. You are better off renting a machine and doing it yourself. The owner came out and performed the service on the first visit, then he and his son came out a few days later to re-clean the carpets because the first visit didn't do the job. The owner is a nice enough man and I really didn't want to write a negative review. Unfortunately, the only reason I chose this company was because of the positive reviews I read on Angie's List -- same thing with the moving company we used through Angie's List. Neither were a good experience and I will never use either vendor again.

Good company. Came a little late due to traffic and prior appointment in north county. Carpets looked fantastic. Tile looked very good. They worked hard to get the tiles completely white but there was some form of sealant on the tiles that had sealed in some dirt so there was a slight brownish tint to them. The guys were very friendly and showed my the problems with the tiles. They worked diligently to get the tiles as clean as they could. The tech doing the carpet cleaning knocked 2 closet doors off their tracks and did not put them back on or tell me about it. I found them later on that evening. I can recommend them for the work they completed and grade them an overall B.

They came to our house to pick up the rugs on time, and returned the cleaned rugs as promised.
